The Insanity was Axiom's first distance/control driver. This disc is slightly less stable than the ultra popular MVP Inertia. The Insanity flies like a longer crave, and will provide straight as an arrow flights for intermediate players, and slightly understable turnovers for power players.

Thrown flat this is a great straight disc for beginners or stronger arms will see a mild understable flight path. If you put it on an angle it will fly Opposite way it should fade for three quarters of the flight path and then fade back naturally the last quarter. Really great disc for following its natural flight path or flexing with its understable characteristics. One of my most reliable discs for a variety of throws

I bought the insanity in plasma plastic, and I took me a while to get used to throwing it. The rim of the disc is slightly slanted, and paired with the plasma plastic it can become really slick. With my arm speed this disc usually flies straight with a medium amount of fade at the end, or nice little s lines.

This is my go to slight turn and fade, excellent for those holes that have a tight gap but  open up at the end.

Flies true to it's flight numbers. It's one of my favorite MVP/Axiom drivers. Get's plenty of turn and slowly fades out of it. The turn helps a lot with distance and it's a great driver for beginners as well

The flight path is indeed accurate.  The turn is slight, but if you have a tight tunnel shot you will want to give it a slight hyzer to lessen the turn.

This disc will serve me well in avoiding obstacles such as flying around a tree and coming back.  Obviously the less power the less turn you will see.

I received my Insanity as the VIP Club disc for the month of March.  Before I even saw it, it was obvious based on the comments in VIP Club Facebook group as the discs starting getting delivered that I was going to want to throw this one.  In the 7 months since I joined the VIP Club I've never seen a monthly disc been so hyped or in such high demand for trade or purchase by other club members.

About the disc:  it is everything I love about my Axiom Crave but with more speed.  The low profile is extremely comfortable in the hand and "feels" super fast on release.  It shows great glide but doesn't really rise like other more domey control drivers. I use it a lot for tunnel shots and shots under low ceilings.  Plasma plastic feels awesome and very durable so far.

The axiom insanity is a great introduction to high speed drivers for newer players. It can be used on big wide anhyzers that finish flat, has roller potential, or as a big distance driver for those with slower arm speeds. As a more advanced player, it gets more use for powered down touch shots and long turning hyzer flips.

my favorite axium driver for sure. I have had this disc since I began disc golfing. Just because it is my favorite axium driver, however, doesn't mean it is one that I currently use. I would compare it to an archon by innova, just less consistent. Easy disc to flip. If your thinking about getting an axium driver, get this one.
