The Hex is a straight flying midrange, designed to fit into anyone's bag. The 5/5/-1/-1 flight numbers are similar to a Buzzz with additial glide. Axiom takes a classic and gives it the GYRO effect, making a disc that is designed for trusty midrange placement shots without having to worry as much about wind or inconstistent releases. Every MVP/Axiom fan has a Hex in the bag.

Great overall disc. Fission plastic version does get quite a bit flippy as it beats in. It has a very straight decent to the ground when thrown flat/nose down.. very little fade if any at all. Really a "point-and-shoot" type of disc with nice glide.

Great disc for all ability levels and the fission plastic feels nice in the hand. Great for straight shots, hyzer flips and turnover lines as it generally stays on the line you put it on until end of flight. Would highly recommend for beginners and advanced players alike.

Found a 177g Fission Hex at my local dealer and this thing bombs for a midrange. I can throw fairway distances with the fission hex and I love it. Super comfortable hand feel and beautiful flight, the hex has become a staple midrange for me and has found a spot between my MD3 and Mindbender

The best midrange in disc golf. Starts out slightly overstable but beats in to fly dead straight to slightly understable. I can only throw drivers about 350 and this goes 280-300 on a rope for me. I can't recommend this disc enough.

I bagged the Fission Hex (165 grams) and it just didn't fly as straight as I'd hope. It would glide for days but it had a Buzzz finish. So I took it out of my bag as I'm already familiar with the buzz.

I put this disc in my GF's bag to use. It's probably her best and go to control driver. She's already made a couple throw ins that had my buddies inquire into what it is.

Super duper straight flyer. This is like a mako3 but for slightly faster arms. Almost 0 turn and 0 fade out of the box. Extremely workable and honest disc, it goes where you throw it. Good glide but not too much, a true lazer at 300'. Very comfortable feel, pretty shallow so its good on forehands as well. A lighter weight Hex is an excellent choice for beginners who want to learn angle control.

I've had an absolute blast throwing my Hex! It's mid weight (169g) and it flies pretty much dead straight with the tiniest amount of fade. Very reliable, and worth every penny!

This is my go to disc. I have it in several plastics and they are all workable. With this disc you can pick a line and hit the line.

    Fission Hex 168 grams

My max distance midrange. If I snap it right, it's laser straight and far. Great for longer tight tunnel shots.
