Very straight disc that doesn't seem to mind how hard you throw it. It will take whatever line you toss it on. Right up there with a Mako 3 for me as a mid range that just flies straight.

As a long time Buzzz fan, this disc is coming in hot to steal the spotlight.

I bought this disc because I just really liked the look. I was stoked to see how straight this disc flies. I've only put in three full rounds and I look forward to see how the disc will fly as it continues to get beat in.

I look forward to any discs Alfa Discs releases in the future. I'd recommend this disc to people of all skill levels.

This Apollo has become my go-to midrange. It flies very consistently and holds whatever line you put on it. When thrown flat, it flies straight for between 175-200 feet then has a slight fade. I will say that when I have thrown the Apollo at 100% power like how I throw my higher speed drivers, it has held the power well and not turned over and flew straight for its entire flight (no turn or fade whatsoever). I would highly recommend this disc to anyone who can get their hands on one; it is absolutely fantastic. I'm excited to see what Alfa Discs creates in the future.

I took the Alfa Apollo out today for the first time , and wow does this disc fly straight !!! The Apollo has quickly earned a permanent spot in my bag for sure . My friend kept asking which disc I was throwing time after time because it was just a pure laser beam . Alfa Discs will be fun to keep an eye on as they release more molds . Buy this disc !!! You won't regret it !!!

I love this disc. I purchased two of them and I'm happy I did. It looks and feels like a high quality disc. They have a great feel in my hand both when I grip it, and on the release.

I don't throw with a bunch of power but it doesn't seem to matter with this disc. It will smooth right out and the glide is amazing. It has become my new go to mid-range. I hope to see more from Apollo in the near future

I'm new to the sport as of March, so keep that in mind when reading this review.

This disc caught my eye for some reason and I was excited to get the first disc from a new company.  I've been purchasing discs kind of randomly to find what works for me best and I already know that the Apollo is going to stay in my bag.

This disc flies super straight for me with some nice glide.  I'm playing mostly wooded courses locally, so I haven't really had it in much wind but it is an arrow in the woods.  For me, it has the slightest bit of fade at the end and very little, if any, right turn when thrown flat.  It leaves the hands really well and this is a disc I'm grabbing when I need that confidence.

In the hand this disc has a rather sharp feel to it.  The edges of the disc are crisp.  It fits in my large hands well and leaves with a nice pop.  This disc reminds me of throwing a regular frisbee and I imagine it would be good beginner mid-range.  The plastic is really durable and it has held up to some tree knocks without denting or scratching.  It's a relatively stiff plastic, but it does have a little give to it.

If your looking for a super straight flying midrange this is one to check out.  I think the sharpness of the lines of this disc make it stand out from others with similar flight paths.

High-quality, great feeling firm plastic that has just-enough grip to it. If  Kastaplast made a K1 Hard, it would be feel like this.  Holds a line very well, a disc you can really shot shape with.  Very durable as well. Flits nicely in the hand with a feel almost closer to a fairway driver but with the glide of a mid. Excited to see what Alfa has in store in the future!

    Watch out for Alfa Discs.

If they keep making quality plastic like this I predict they are going to see some some major growth and are going to gain a following similar to what Kastaplast has done. Crystal plastic is about the most premium looking plastic on the market. It is ultra durable and I'd compare it to a stiffer Champion or Lucid X.

The Alfa Discs Apollo is pretty much the perfect all purpose midrange. It's got a perfectly flat top on it, a straight flight path, and I love using this for both backhand and forehand throws. It's a lot like a Discraft Buzzz, but with a little faster flight and a slightly different feel.

If you're looking for an all purpose go to midrange and like supporting emerging new brands, try the Alfa Discs Apollo today.

I would highly recommend this disc to any level player. It is a very smooth straight as an arrow flying disc. I also have found it to be a great putter as well.
Normally I'd use a Buzzz but found that this disc is way more accurate. So add these along side of the Buzzz in the bag.

    Thanks for an amazing Disc.

Throwing Crystal plastic at 4,400 ft in Utah. To me, 5 stars = incredible disc 4 stars = good & dependable disc. I don't give out too many 5 star ratings.

Straight! This disc is pretty sweet, it has a rim that is more akin to a fairway driver. Meaning it is a little more pointed than a typical midrange. This also as a low profile with an almost flat face plate. It kind of reminds me of some MVP molds, I like the feel of the disc a lot. Very comfortable to my hands.

Throwing this disc is easy and makes for a good time. This definitely fits into my quick-few-disc rounds. As it can handle power, and can maintain a wide variety of lines, and makes for a great go-to midrange. A most excellent single midrange to have. I find that the numbers provided fit the discs well and are quite accurate.

Overall, this is a great first disc from Alfa Discs, I'd recommend this disc to anyone. It would make a great first disc as well as a great addition to the seasoned bag.

Although I am not an amazing disc golfer I do come with some knowledge.  I normally throw Buzz and Cros for my midrange disc and thought I would give this first run disc a try.  For me it was more on the overstable side in how it performed.  It isn't a bad disc and I gave it 3 stars because the flight numbers didn't match what I was expecting.  Felt fine in the hand, not too deep, just expect a championish type plastic and performance.
