The Streamline Pilot is the first single-mold putter manufactured by MVP Disc Sports. This is a medium-depth, small-bead putt & approach disc with a comfortable, round nose. This putter is a slow flyer but flies very straight and glides well. The flight of the Pilot is described to be similar to that of a beat in MVP Anode.

Very neutral flying putter that has a great mix of control and glide. For backhand approach shots out to about 200' it's easy to put it on the line you want to put it on and watch it ride that line. It also has enough stability to fight moderate head winds. I highly recommend it.

Review for the proton pilot. This putter is great in every way. Comfortable in the hand, just the right depth, small bead. In proton, this disc is decently stable for a putter. Don't expect it to fly crazy leftward, but keep in mind that it does have a small bite at the end. I would compare this disc to a premium plastic proxy in terms of stability, but with more fade at the very end. Super great putter all around. Curious to see how it changes when beat in.

By far, this is my most reliable disc. It flies like a dream and rallies me our of all the ugly places my inconsistent release and midrange drives put me in. I handed it off to my brother and he loved it so much he bought his own! The Proton plastic is durable and gives it a nice recoil for a bit of roll when you overdo it on a hyzer. This is definitely my favorite disc and I'll be keeping more than one in my bag.

THIS IS THE BEST STABLE THROWING PUTTER ON THE MARKET. I've thrown this disc in more than any other mold. Incredible approach disc. The 2 5 0 1 (proton plastic) ratings are correct as this disc can handle some torque and still has the subtle fade you want. Its also a nice straight putting putter(electron plastics) if you prefer your putter to go dead straight or if you're putting outside circle 2. You will love this disc

I love this disc. I found one about a year ago and ever since it has been my go-to throwing putter. I have gotten all my aces with this disc. it flies really straight with a little fade when it's newer and then beats in really nicely to hyzer flip and go dead straight. I would highly recommend this disc to anyone who wants to improve their ability to throw putters or anyone who just wants to get better at disc golf.

This disc reminds me a lot of a Wizard, but with a lower shoulder and flatter profile. The flight is consistently straight with a reliable fade. The 0 turn is the factor here-- I haven't had a proton Pilot flip over on me. As it beats in, it just gets straighter. A really amazing, comfortable throwing putter.

For putting, I like it less (even in the baseline plastic). Maybe it's just my putting style, but I found myself having to put a lot on them to get to the basket. Off the tee, I get a good amount of glide, but putting feels different. Regardless, I'd still highly recommend throwing one of these in any plastic!

Disc - 174 Proton Glow Pilot

Feel - The pilot is a fairly shallow putter with a small bead. All the plastics from streamline/MVP/Axiom are very nice and comfortable in the hand and give great grip.

Flight - The pilot is so straight. If you throw the pilot with a bit of hyzer it will flip up to flat and carry dead straight for a very long time. It has a lot of glide and an extremely straight flight. I have not putted with it because I have it in premium plastic but it feels like a shallower judge with a smaller bead in my opinion.

Overall - The pilot is a great disc for all players looking for a very straight putter with a small bead.

I Love this Mold. I had been using Discmania P2 and P3x for putting and approach previously and a friend was watching me throw and mentioned I might like the pilot. So i got a proton sl and I instantly saw an increase in my accuracy and distance with a putter.

Now I know that everyone is different so for me what it did was gave me a straighter shot when used while driving because I tend to have a slight hyzer release on my putter drives. So this -1 stability kinda helps correct that for me. I use the proton sl for drives and upshots.

Now for my putting i use the cosmic electron soft (not that soft). I prefer to push putt so it has given me increased accuracy and distance due to its considerably better grip and glide.

This putter flies very far and very straight, I use it more for approach shots than actual putts.  Its easy to throw and will just go forever, I've started mixing it into my driver field work practice because I can consistently get it to go about 275'.

I am a new player who tried out multiple putters before falling in love with this disc.  Holds its line very well and stays in the air forever, also very forgiving out of the hand.  For me personally i find the lip to be very comfortable in my hand no matter which grip I'm using.  Proton plastic has a great feel and durability.  The glide alone makes this a great beginner disc.

I am a new player, jumped right in. Tried 9 different putters in hope of narrowing it down to a few standouts. The Proton Pilot shined bright from the unboxing. I think of it as the "Cadillac" of putters. Its so smooth out of the hand, steady and in control. I bag 3 for putt and approach. Spin, Push or Turbo putt with confidence the Pilot will fly your line. There is also something to the Proton plastic reaction to ground contact or basket, it seems to almost "die" on contact. Makes good for keeping it close.

Carbon copy of a Millenium Omega, except with a very slightly flatter top. Overall, it flies with the slightest more stability and a bit more glide than the Omega, which makes it a really great throwing putter. Throw it on a hyzer release and it will stand up nicely and fly perfectly straight. My max distance is somewhere around 375, and I can get this to around 275 ft when put out on a flat line. Easily controllable, much better in the wind and a bit faster than the numbers would suggest, and will fly on whatever angle you put it on and hold it the entire time. If you want to dial in your angles, drive a few rounds with this disc and you'll absolutely improve.

I also have it in Electron Soft, and it glides slightly less and is slightly less stable, but feels great in the hand and putts nicely. If you're a fan of the Omega Supersoft for putting but want something very slightly more stable or with a bit more glide for long puts, go with an Electron Soft. If you're a fan of the Omega Supersoft for driving but want a bit more distance and control, then the Proton is absolutely the way to go.

The Pilot has been my go to putter in Electron for ages.  When they came out with the Neutron I was excited but it was a little more Overstable than the mold was in the base plastic.  I just threw the Proton for a round and it is PERFECT.  it matches the lines of the electron almost perfectly.  It is Straight.  It can turn a bit if you put it on an anny line but thrown flat it just goes straight for days with a very minimal fade.  The proton plastic blend being used currently is very grippy and feels amazing. Pick one up.
