I saw that the Ziya had no reviews, so grabbed one just to test it out. I didn't even pay attention to the plastic variety or weight. I merely noticed how cool the dual color stamp was. Based on the flight numbered assumed it would be pretty overstable and so attempted my first test throw as a forehand. It flipped up, turned, and kept turning. Far less overstable than I had anticipated. Assuming that I just poorly released it on an unintentional anhyzer angle I tried again. Same result.

I then tried a backhand throw (of which I generally can't throw overstable high speed drivers very far) and this thing crushed. I looked at the weight and realized that it was Phoenix Air plastic and weighed only 156 grams. That would explain the "blizzard" like foamy look in the disc rim.

I think this disc beat in very fast as the more I threw it the more understable it seemed to become, but boy did it go far. The Ziya crushes and in the right wind condition I was getting it close to 400 feet in distance. In the Phoenix Air plastic, this distance driver is nothing like its flight numbers, but boy is it fun to throw. Chuck this bomber out there and say "Zi Ya" Later.
