The Zhu, from Yikun Discs, is a manageable fairway driver with a slight end-fade. It was designed for release in Yikun's "Swift" plastic which is more lightweight and floats in water. This makes it a good disc for beginners or those who fear nearby water hazards. If you're looking for a floating disc golf driver, try the Yikun Zhu.

I field tested the Zhu with half a dozen other discs with identical or very similar flight numbers, throwing back and forth into and then with the wind (RHBH). Interestingly, I found that they all were pretty comparable: Differences were mostly a matter of how the wind happened to gust at a given time, or if I had a bad or particularly good throw. If there was a difference for the Zhu, it was that it pulled to the right more than any of the others, so I tweaked the Turn & Fade a bit. Its flight seemed closer to my Centurion than my Exodus, for example. Two other considerations, though: (1) I will say that it is grippier than most all of my other drivers so it is possible some of that trending to the right more is due to the plastic releasing from my grip ever so slightly later than other discs I'm more used to; and (2) the Swift plastic is meant to be a bit lighter (and less dense so it floats), so it might not be handling the same amount of torque to quite the same extent as the other discs. (It doesn't have the weight indicated anywhere, but it does feel slightly lighter than the others.) The plastic does feel good and, while still soft, seems to be a step up from the baseline Tiger plastic, but not as durable as Yikun's more premium grades. I've only ever seen the Zhu in the one plastic and the one color, but it's a unique color that stands out among my other discs, and the silver & gold stamp I think looks pretty cool. Beginners with a bit more native arm strength/speed might do just fine with this, though the beginners I've happened to work with have normally done better with less stable discs.

Plastic is very very grippy, felt like a grippy putter.  This caused me to pull some of my shots but you can get used to it, surprisingly it's still durable.  So it's nice for colder weather where grip is hard to come by.  I hit a couple trees at full speed and not even a scratch on it.

A very unique disc that is not as stable as the numbers suggest. I would give the stability a -1 as it turns about as much as the River. The plastic feels great and the disc kind of feels like you are throwing foam but this disc flies quick. Only downside is that if you hit a lot of trees, this disc's rim will warp. However, I still throw it and get great flights and distance despite the rim being warped it a couple places.

Throwing Swift plastic at 4,400 ft in Utah. To me, 5 stars = incredible disc 4 stars = good & dependable disc. I don't give out too many 5 star ratings.

This is a pretty cool disc. The Swift plastic is pretty unique, it is pretty grippy and feels kinda soft. I've thrown it onto some pavement, and it didn't get the typical road rash that soft plastic does. So it seems a little more durable than anticipated. The grip is real nice, I like it!

This flies pretty good to the numbers. Very straight flyer with no turn. Its stability is in that sweet spot that it can hold some anhyzer lines pretty nicely, but it will still fly very straight. This disc was real enjoyable to throw around. I found it very dependable, and consistent.

Overall, I think this is a solid disc, something that you should give a try. It is pretty teebird-esc.
