The Yikun Da’E is an ultra-fast, overstable driver. This is an excellent disc for advanced players looking for max distance, and works very well for forehand drives. The Da’E has a very wide rim and is the best wind fighter in the Yikun line.

    Dragon Line Da'e

Feel: Very slick plastic. Low parting line (feels weird in my slightly bigger than average hands). Very high shoulder (not quite domey because the top is flat) somewhat makes up for the low parting line feel wise. Loudest pop-top I have ever heard.

Flight: This disc will not turn over no matter what you do to it in new condition. That being said, when thrown hard (I have 500' golf line arm speed), it holds its angle and only comes out around 350-400. The low parting line makes it easier to throw flat with power (it slightly tilts the disc toward hyzer which might only help me), which suits the Da'e very well. While it does fade, it doesn't dump off, so it continues to glide even at low speeds. This thing likes to SKIP when thrown on hyzer. Those who throw naturally on anhyzer with high arm speed could find this to be their farthest flying disc. Otherwise, it may not be the disc for you.

Thoughts: Only having played one round with it, the Da'e is going straight into my bag and not leaving it for a while. The awkward feel is worth the flight ten times over.

Very overstable. On a flat release it will produce a firebird flight with lots of flare skips. In fact I would even say it's more overstable than my halo firebird. l throw the DA'E when I want to prevent myself from going past 400 naturally rather than down tempo-ing another driver. You aren't throwing this disc far unless you put anny on it or beat it in significantly. Absolutely more overstable than a Zues and flares like a Machete. Think of an overstable run of destroyer that has the turn of one that's beat in barely, while also having possibly even more overstability than when it was new. Busting this disc out if I want to shorten my drive distance naturally without risking the flip of a harder thrown fairway. Also a great utility disc if thrown with any amount of hyzer.

This is a very underrated disc. Here's why.

I threw this disc hard and slight hyzer with about 425 feet of power.  It rode flat for about 375 feet and then it ended around 420 feet away with a very low amount of fade.

This disc is essentially a longer thunderbird.  It's got great glide too.

The feel in the hand wasn't the greatest.  It was about a 4 star.  It had stiff plastic with an okay amount of grip.  Not the best in the weather, but I was able to work with it just fine.  The top of the disc is flat.  It has a sharp lip that will dig into your hand nicely when gripping.

I was pretty pleased with the disc initially.  I don't know if it will replace destroyers, but It's certainly a good disc to throw if you have a clean release.  Very predictable with low fade.

The Da'E is a super fast overstable driver, with a bit of glide and in the Dragon line a decent fade.

The Plastic is very similar to Lat64 Gold line, though it's a bit harder, and maybe not quite as resistant to scuffing, but it takes impact well.

The flight doesn't have much turn, and the fade is a long forward fade. Very similar to a TP Giant, in that it's very stable but still has some great glide.

The Phoenix plastic is very different. It's a durable, but slicker translucent plastic a lot like Discraft's Z plastic and the resulting disc is a bit different. I've had three and they were all flat topped where the Dragon is moderately domed, and with a lower wing.

Not dissimilar to a Discraft Nuke. It flies less stable and the fade is not as pronounced.

I like the Da'E and due to the combination of glide and stability you can really count on it. Espeically in the more stable Dragon plastic.
