The Helios is an understable, easy-to-throw fairway driver for general purpose use on the disc golf course. Beginners will find the Helios a very suitable disc to help straighten their throws for better distance under low power.

NOTE: This disc is PDGA approved as "XPT4" or the "Sailfish"

The flight numbers seem to be about right, with maybe less fade: The disc is very understable, wanting to flip over even after steep hyzer releases; and even if you get it up to flat without turning over, it tends to keep finishing off to the right (RHBH) rather than finally fade out back toward the left (even with a tailwind). It does glide pretty well, though, so paired with beginner arms, the Helios should work pretty well. Throwing into a headwind (probably not recommended) required significant hyzer releases and decreased power, but often it still ended up either as a roller, or careening off far to the right edge of the field into the bushes -- or once into the parking lot. On that note, I did get a chance to see that the U-line Durable plastic seems to merit its name, as the disc didn't exhibit any noticeable signs of wear (nicks, abrasions) from hitting harder objects and rough surfaces.

Got this in a mystery box, seems extremely beginner friendly maybe even more so than a Leopard. I'd recommend it for a beginner who is looking for a disc to land right.  For any players with any bit of power though this thing is a roller straight out of the box which can be useful

Got this as part of a mystery box. Was hoping it would fly similar to my Leopard but with more glide. I consider myself between a beginner and intermediate in terms of power. This disc flipped right over on me and wanted to be a roller. Threw it on a pretty steep hyzer and it still flipped over (there was a little breeze left to right as well). Still has a place in my bag but I will only be using it as a roller.
