The Fenrir is an overstable distance driver. This 10-speed driver makes for a reliable distance driver. This disc will continue to fly straight in most windy conditions, making this a great disc for hyzer throws and as a reliable wind disc.

PSA: 10|5|-3|2. Not overstable at all, at least in armor plastic!

These flight numbers from viking suggest a wind-fighting, overstable 10 speed driver. My first few test throws quickly dispelled that idea. This thing is less stable than a new champion beast, and a new i-blend super-pop-top Aztec. A full-power forehand in no wind sent it into a nice roller. A full-power backhand flat release with some height gave a nice flight that held the turn for most of the flight with some fade at the end, but still finished right of release point. I'm not saying the disc is useless or bad in itself, it's just nothing like the numbers suggest. And the Armor plastic feels great!

I received an 177g Armor plastic in a mystery challenge box, and this thing is very far from the given numbers. I throw about 350 RHBH and I had difficulty holding any type of hyzer. My numbers are something more like 8,4,-3,1. The Armor plastic held up very nicely, but not sure why this was ever considered an overstable disc.

This disc is a pretty straight flyer. I would give it a rating of 9 4 -1 2 from my experience. Holds nice anhyzer shots. Overall a pretty good disc

If you like Innova Beast's or Finishline Era's, you might like this disc. It's a little more understable. I can see it beating into a Valkyrie or Heat type disc. Maybe more like an Archon. Armor is soft and grippy. Mine was stamped 177g but I weighed it at 180g! Totally fun disc. I'll loose it before it beats in because of the color.

This has been my go to distance driver for some time now. I agree with most the reviews that the numbers are way off I think of it as a 10,6,-2,3 it glides a lot. I can make it flip up from a slight hizer about 300-350 foot throw. It does have a reliable fade at the end which is something that draws me to it as a driver. Can't stand discs that just turn right for days. Probably a me issue as I can see shots where that would be helpful. Just a warning don't get the brown plastic it blends in very well with dirt. I've spent many minutes looking for this disc just to find it with my foot.

Was expecting this to be overstable based on the flight numbers but it's far from it. First few times I threw it was in a headwind and it turned over pretty bad. Tried it later just on a practice field with a lot less wind and could  get some good distance when thrown with the wind, but again when throwing into wind it just wants to turn pretty bad. I don't have a lot of arm speed at all so for me it will work once I get the hang of it. Not sure why the flight numbers are so far off on this one. I have all of Vikings discs and flight wise it's between the Ragnorok and the Berserker.

I got in as a mystery disc from infinite and I really like it but it's not as overstable as advertised for me. It's has good amount of turn at the beginning of the flight with a little fade at the end but I would recommend.

The Armor Fenrir is a good disc, but certainly not what the flight numbers indicate. With a turn of 0 and a fade of 3, you would think the disc would be slightly overstable like a Discraft Anax or an Innova Thunderbird. However, the Fenrir flies much more straight to understable from my experience. A slight hyzer throw will make the disc flip up and get some turn, and a flat shot flies pretty understable with a small fade left if you give it enough height. I would say this disc is a lot closer to a Discraft Undertaker or an Innova Beast. If you're looking for something more overstable, maybe try the storm plastic. But if you are looking for a straight flier, this is a good disc for that. Hopefully they will make more colors for the armor fenrir other than brown in the future.
