Amber Details

Amber is very similar to Gateway Evolution Diamond plastic. It is very durable which will preserve the disc's flight plattern longer. Usually it is a transluent plastic.

The Raptor(or Velociraptor as we must now refer to it) is a great overstable control driver. Available in the slightly gummy clear Amber plastic and the stiffer solid colored Armor plastic it flies very straight at high power with a looping fade that gives it some good skip. I surprised myself several times with throws that were a good bit longer than I was planning on them going.

It takes a while to beat in, so the stability keeps going for quite a long time, and the flight has a lot more glide than you would expect for a disc with that much high speed stability.

Maybe if your a new player don't go grab one, but if you are trying to gain some FH distance with a reliable flight, this is a great disc to try.
