Lee's Frisbee Fixation
My Flight Ratings: 9/3/0/3 Not Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: N/A Straight Score: Very Overstable

The Komodo, my Komodo at least, is definitely an overstable, low glide fairway - but not in the tradition of a Firebird or Raptor. It has a somewhat funky shape to it. Very strange shoulder. Hard to describe. The dome itself is high and firm, but low-diameter. It just bumps up there in the middle. This shape feels fine on backhand, but awkward and uncomfortable on forehand.

The flight is what you would expect from the numbers. Responds great to powerful flexflines. Totally unbothered by most head and or crosswinds. Goes relatively far for something with low-glide. Definitely fairway distance, but probably not as far as your other fairways, unless you have a great arm. It's a fun oddity, but I can see why it's going extinct. There are better options for this slot. Especially in terms of ergonomics. Still more than servicable though.
