So far I've tried 4 of the flavors. The apricot is my favorite. They are all flavorful and reasonably filling for their size. Most of them are quite nutty, which I enjoy (with the exception of walnuts and pecans- so I won't be trying the Paige bar). These bars are nutty, chewy and seedy. Make sure you have a drink handy to help wash it out of your teeth. For the natural ingredients with a good nutritional profile I find the cost reasonable and comparable to similar products. I love that the company supports disc golf so I'm happy to support them. I plan on snagging some every time I order a disc
I tried four different flavors of Thunderbird bars, and they are all good. My favorite is the Almond Apricot Vanilla.
There are lots of nuts in all the bars, so you probably should stay away if you don't like nuts. While the Thunderbird real food bars taste good, they are definitely not candy bars. They are full of texture, have a little different taste in every bite, and those that have dates give your teeth a gritty feel afterwords.
Thunderbird real food bars aren't cheap, but If you're concerned about putting good things into your body, and want something that tastes good and is satisfying, I recommend them.
While you're at it, you might as well support a company that supports disc golf with Thunderbird.
