This is a deep floaty Proxy for MVP gyronauts out there. It's similar to a lid putter with some extra girth. It flies great! Very Straight! However, the hand-feel gets me; it feels too deep and it's too flat. I prefer the Ohm over the Watt because of the extra stability and less rounded nose. It also doesn't feel as deep. I get cleaner releases with it too.  If i want the straight to drift shot, I'll throw the Proxy. If I want it to go a little further, I'll pull out the Tangent. The Watt is very well liked and has a large following. It's just not for me.

I love this disc. I think it is up there with the best of the throwing putters. The 5 glide really is pretty accurate. If you throw this disc high and straight enough, you can get a solid 300 feet out of it! I throw it in neutron plastic but would love to try it in a plastic with slightly more stability.

While it is amazing as a throwing putter, it can also putt pretty well. I used to use it as a long distance putting putter because with a little spin, it can glide a great distance.

Another great part of this disc is that it has a brother disc that has a little more stability if you just need a touch more.

Best throwing putter for straight/flex shots. Easy distance for beginners. Torque resistant for faster arms.

This is the best putter I have ever used. It's incredibly straight flight allows for perfect execution on my short approaches. I also use it for regular putting and it never fails.

This disc is the best throwing putter ever made, in my humble opinion. This disc is very touchy, but I think that works in its favour. This means that you can shape any shot you want and makes it so easy to hit any gap you could possible be going for. This disc can also be a very helpful tool in fine tuning your form, as this disc shows you exactly what you're doing wrong. I would recommend this disc for anyone, even if it's just as a tool for form practice

If you can't throw this disc straight, it's your form. This disc goes exactly where you throw it. If you set it on an angle it will follow that angle. I've had more basket hits with this disc than any other. Thown with power it will drift right and then hold a straight flight and land flat. Great disc if you can throw flat and straight. If you can't this disc will teach you how.

This is my go to throwing putter for when I need something to go straight or turn slightly and then fade back just like the numbers advertised on the disc. On our local course we have a hole that is about 210 feet in a straight line I keep almost aceing the hole with this disc. Many have compared this to a heavier glitch and I would agree with that, it flies similiar but handles the wind better because it is heavier.

For me, this disc turns more than for others. I am not experiencing the same flight path that my friends are getting and had told me I would be getting, and there have been several throws that I have the disc turn over pretty significantly. That said, I really appreciate this disc. It feels great in the hand, provides a reliable flight path, and makes for great approaches and putts. It has become my main putter within deep C1 and beyond.

My Neutron Watt seemed to fly a little differently from its flight numbers.  I found mine to be pretty understable, it almost always wanted to drift to the right when thrown RHBH and its very sensitve to angle and the amount of power I put on it.  It's good for a approach shots and very short drives off the tee, since it tends to settle to the ground gently without much skip, and it's somewhat versatile in the type of lines you can throw with it.  I didn't find it to be very glidey, I find I can get more distance with my other throwing putters, maybe because they aren't quite as touchy as the Watt.  The Watt feels a little deep in my hands, so if you're looking for a deeper and somewhat understable putter you might want to give the Watt a try.

Excellent throwing putter. Just glides straight forever, so much so that I don't really like it for shorter approaches. It's also quite angle sensitive; it does what you tell it to, and it's going to keep doing it for awhile because of the glide, whether you want it to or not! It has its uses (tee shots, long approaches) but staying close to the basket isn't one of them, at least for me.

This would be a great disc for beginners to dial in angle control.

I bought the Watt mostly because Drew Gibson spoke so highly of them, and I was looking for a slightly understable throwing putter anyway. It pretty much immediately made my bag, as I found I could use it for so many different types of shots. I like it most for dead straight upshots and short tee shots, as well as left-to-right moving RHBH throws. It does take some getting used to, as it is pretty sensitive to the angle you put it on, and it has so much glide. Once you get some time in with it though, you can feel confident throwing it on whatever angle you prefer.

The peak of point and shoot putter. You can have it hold any line on commited throws. Took a bit to warm up to it, as it didn't really have the reliable fade being quite the nuetral flier. but has managed to find a slot in my bag.

The Watt is the epitome of a point-and-shoot throwing putter. That makes it an extremely useful disc. I occasionally throw the Watt off the tee, but its neutral nature makes it so you have to be precise with your angles. This disc shines for me as an approach or scramble disc. You can shape so many shots with this disc. It will stay on whatever angle you put it on.

The Watt is excellent for beginners and advanced players alike. I think throwing the Watt is a perfect way to learn angle control. This would be a perfect disc to use or a one-disc round.

The Watt from MVP is an incredibly straight putter that surprisingly holds torque very well. Hyzer, straight, anhyzer the Watt does it all! See why the Watt should be in EVERY players bag.

I don't know what it is about this disc but it speakes to me. I have an ohm which I assumed would be similar, but I've had 4 40' birdies in the past 2 days with this disc. With power it goes dead straight and just plops down. For low spin/speed approaches it floats and is slightly stable for me. Feels casual like throwing an ultimate disc if its less that 100'.

I'd agree with the above review. I'd also add that as much as I want to like the Glitch, it just doesn't do it for me. The Watt feels more like a 'real' golf disc, both in terms of weight, and subtle differences in the rim. The Glitch is a fun disc to play around with, but the Watt is earning a spot in my bag.

I, like a lot of people, picked one of these up after seeing it described as a "Max Weight Glitch", and after throwing it for a few weeks, I would say that's a pretty accurate description. I must admit though, I'm one of the sad souls that has never been able to fully unlock the Glitch. It's definitely me and my inconsistent angle control and not the disc's fault, but I digress.

As for the Watt, it's very comfortable in the hand. I've been throwing mostly backhands but even the few forehands I've thrown felt very smooth. In my experience, the flight numbers are very accurate. It's a neutral flier, and will hold just about any line you put it on.

I was looking for a slower-speed approach disc I could put on gentle turnover lines, and this disc fit the bill perfectly. I have a lot more field work to do before I feel like I've mastered it, but so far it's flown exactly how I expected it to. And with the 5 glide, it's a blast adding some heavier spin and watching it almost hover above the ground. I've even starting using it for my deep Circle 2 putts, and it's been good for that also.

I would definitely give this to a new person to try out, throw around while they figure out a basic throwing motion, but I wouldn't give one to a beginner to use as a 1-disc round like I would a Buzzz or Pathfinder. While it's much more forgiving than a Glitch if you don't hit your release angle quite right, it's still a putter and won't let you get away with too much.

For more advanced players, I think this has the potential to be one of the best one-disc round options available. It has enough glide that you can get some good distance off the tee, it's neutral enough that you can really manipulate the release angle to achieve different flight paths, and it's weighted like normal putters so it isn't as affected by the wind.
