This is a recent addition to my bag, and I am enjoying it so far. I previously only had overstable discs in this speed category (firebird, raptor) and this is fitting in nicely as a straighter flying option when I want the disc to flip up a bit or avoid the hard fade at the end of its flight.

I get a slow, steady flip out of this disc and then it holds angle for a good distance and finishes reliably. Very similar flight path to my wraith, just a touch slower so a bit less distance.

My Flight Ratings: 9/5/-1/3 Somewhat Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: N/A Straight Score: N/A

I really like the Orion LF.  As others have mentioned, it does throw similar to a "baby Destroyer".  I would also compare it more closely with the Innova Thunderbird, which is that disc I replaced my Orion LF with (because I like the GStar plastic better).  This disc flies straight with a flat throw and has a predictable fade at the end.  If you throw it hard enough and flat enough it will do a small S for incredible distance (+350 for me).  Overall I think this is a great disc and is relatively beginner friendly.

I currently have the Orion LF and absolutely love this disc. It feels extremely good in my hand and I get predictable long throws. I'm not sure if this disc was meant to be a floater, but I threw it in a lake and it floated right up to the top. Very nice disc and i highly recommend it. I have the tie-dye version.
