In fields tests, I compared the Vengeance with eight other 10 speed discs, with mostly -1/2 Turn/Fade ratings, and some -2/2 and 0/2 ratings. I'd give it a bit less fade than the 2 it's listed at: It consistently stayed straighter longer than the 10/5/0/2 Vulture (part of this could be the 7-8 gram lighter weight), while not exhibiting the element of turn like the discs with -1 or -2 Turn. Into the wind, particularly, it flew more like the 0-Turn Vulture than any with a minus value. I think the speed and stability of the disc are still a bit much for a beginning backhand player, though it might work OK for those favoring forehands. The rim shape and profile of the Vengeance feels good in the hand and just seemed easier to release at just the right angle each time versus some other competitor discs. I was very pleased with how it flew for me: the straight flight pattern w/slight fade, and plenty of distance -- usually netting me more forward distance than the others, except perhaps my 6-Glide Contruct. I have several Legacy discs in Icon plastic, and while I haven't had occasion to see them really get tested for durability, the plastic feels good and I hope to find that it has good durability like Star- or S-blend-related grades.

I got this disc as a mystery disc and I can't recommend it enough. Flies super straight with a predictable fade. As a relatively new player this is my furthest throwing and most consistent disc in my bag.

I got my hands on a first run version, this seems a bit more understandable than the flight numbers suggest, I am currently only able to throw about 350 feet, and this disc with a little bit of hyzer this will flip up to flat and finish to the left. It's almost like a faster fairway driver in my opinion.

Disc is more OS then numbers say, but a fantastic disc. Some color variations change stability. Black seems to be the straightest less stable.

This disc was way more overstable than the flight ratings show. Faded early and I couldn't get much distance out of it. On a forehand it would fade pretty hard as well. My son liked the art on the disc so I traded it to him.

I got this disc as a mystery disc and it had a prime spot in my bag instantly.  Misjudged the wind (and my release point) and she sank into a watery grave, but I bought another because of the consistency I get on throws with this disc.

Love the Vengeance. A nice overstable disc which I mainly use for backhands. I do throw it at a speed which makes the disc have a little bit of turn before coming back. I like the fade 2 on this disc because I know that I can throw it as hard as I want and it will always come back. The fade is just trustworthy and that is why I like this fairway-distance driver. The Vengeance is very controllable and stable for me. I personally like the feel of the plastic. A very strong and durable plastic which has great grip to it. The Icon plastic feels like a little more premium star plastic. For forehands, the Vengeance is a very good disc because it always comes back, I can get a good bit of turn out of it but know that it is going to come back. This disc is not for all beginners. I actually bought this disc when I was a month into the game. NEVER USED IT IN THE BEGINNING. It would always banking off for me. I used it for forehands. After a couple of months, I finally got used to the mold and the sport of Disc Golf and I actually loved the fade. I had a very beat Leopard which was my primary disc. It got very understable so I used the Vengeance. This disc then after getting beat in a bit was very reliable. With a lot of glide and a good little turn. I use it now for hyzer-flips as the disc is very beat-in. I might buy another as I love the feel and the mold of the disc. For beginners I couldn't possibly recommend it, but when you start getting more into the sport, you should give the Vengeance a try! Very good overstable disc!
