The Cipher is the first driver release from Launch Disc Golf. It is a straight-to-overstable driver that can be used as a workhorse disc to traverse the fairway. It is comfortable to throw either backhand or forehand and it's recommended for players at all experience levels, since it does not have an overly fast rim speed.

Received this through DiscMember box and plastic feels great. It is a straight flyer with reliable fade. Seems to flex back when thrown with a touch of anhzyer. Very similar to a teebird3!

Great first driver from a new company with fantastic feeling plastic. The Cipher feels a lot like a Teebird at first feel but a little more concave and a touch more dome than is common on Teebirds.

The plastic feels a ton like MVP Neutron, somewhat slick feel at first but decent grip when it counts and you can't hardly scuff or ding it. Really durable stuff.

the flight is a lot like a fresh Westside Stag, but maybe not quite as crazy glide. A bit of turn and a sharp late fade that makes it great for accuracy shots between 330 and 380. Holds an anhyzer really well on backhand forced turnovers, and actually did well for me on half power forehands as well, getting a glidy 300ft s curve with almost no effort.

I love the stamp as well, amazing full color and it reminds me a lot of a less evil version of Bill Cipher from gravity falls.

If you want a great fairway driver from a new brand, this one is very solid.

so...do you want to make a deal?

Throwing a Alpha plastic at 4,400 ft in Utah. To me, 5 stars = incredible disc 4 stars = good & dependable disc. I don't give out too many 5 star ratings.

What a great first disc from Launch Disc Golf. The Cipher is as advertised. It is a workhorse, and can easily be a go-to fairway driver. The stability of this disc isn't too much nor too little. As an 8 speed this rim is on the smaller side, easy to grip, and easy to throw. The shape of the rim is a little bit weird, not the worst thing though. The Alpha plastic is a little bit on the slick side, but it still has a good grip to it. The plastic is pretty durable as well. I have hit a few trees, skidded across the pavement with this. Despite this, there are just scraps on the disc from the pavement.

The flight path of this is illustrated well by the flight numbers provided, and the graph as well. It flies out to the right a little bit before coming back for a fade. The stability of this disc is pretty solid. It wants to fly flat. Throwing it on a anhyzer line, it  will come out of it. Making it pretty easy to throw some good flex shots. This will do a good long hyzer line as well. Throwing this disc is pretty easy to do.

I would recommend this disc to a beginner easily. Definitely a great first fairway driver!
