The Vision is a great fairway driver for newer disc golfers, and a great way to experience the quality of Latitude 64 disc golf discs. This disc is understable and offers just the right combination of speed, turn, and glide to give recreational players maximum distance. When thrown with enough power, the flight pattern of this disc will resemble an “S” — a high degree of high speed turn followed by significant low speed fade.

    LE Test Material Details

As a step in Latitude 64 development they have released optional entry level plastics. The first version has just been produced in three molds the River, Fuse and Diamond.  Later in 2012 they ran a different plastic in other molds to be compared with this first release. Both of these releases will be limited edition and have stamps that reflect that.

Visions are great for those people who have slower arm speeds or suffer from a lack of snap. This disc really excels for them as a straight line driver that has enough glide to push out to good distance. Due to it's naturally understable nature, it's not a good headwind driver. There are big variances between the plastic choices. Opto plastic ones tend to be a little bit more overstable, the Gold Line version seem to be neutral to decently understable and the Test Run/EZE plastic variation all seem to be decently understable to drastically understable right out of the box. For those who have 325 feet of distance potential, the Vision will definitely be more of a turnover control driver. They also make great rollers right out of the box.
