The Riot is an interesting disc. It does have a slanted rim that takes a bit of getting used to. I was looking for something a little more stable than a Flow but not quite a Boatman. The Riot fit the slot, but once I learned to control my angles better, I opted to pull the Riot out of my bag for more Flows. It does have a very similar flight with less glide. It simply doesn't fall as far forward as the Flow does. While it does have less glide than most high speed drivers, I don't know that it would be a great windfighting disc, especially once broken in. If you throw more max distance drivers and need something between max and fairway, the Riot is definitely worth a look.

I use the riot as a slower gladiator and for more controlled shots. With the riots awesome glide and predictable finish, its perfect for either easy flat drives with a hyzer dump or  those more finese-y back hand S shots
