Rise to the top with the Fuji. Overstable, predictable and made to handle power. Fuji is a trustworthy straight flyer with a consistent hyzer fade at the end, even when the wind blows. Fuji has a slightly more shallow grip compared to traditional midranges.

I picked one of these up from a shop in Virginia, Used but very little wear and tear.

The Feel: This disc had a more shallow grip than I'm used to feeling on a midrange, but this was a much welcomed quirk. I really felt like this disc would snap out of my hand with ease.

The Flight: I threw this primarily on Backhand (On Forehand it just didn't feel right to me.). This disc would pop up flat and just ride for almost the entirety of the flight, Ending in a nice smooth fade. I wasn't able to get too much distance on this disc, maybe 280' ish. But that's what I feel this disc is designed for, Getting you from the fairway to the basket with a nice controlled shot!

The Verdict: 4 out of 5 stars, The only reason it's not a 5 star is that I wish it had a touch more fade. If that were the case, it would be a staple in any disc golfers bag! I just wish they would keep this mold running!

    Super consistent!

I found one of these used at a local shop so I picked it up. I had never thrown one and wanted to try it out. I got an Opto-G version 178 grams on my scale.

Flight is right on par with the numbers I would say (soft with a reiable soft fade). Doesn't go as far as other midranges like a Truth or Claymore but that isn't what this is for. It's for accuracy and consistency. I find myself just throwing good shots with it.

I picked one of these up at a tournament and ever since I've been hooked backhand or forehand this thing goes straight with slight fade it's super resistant to power and goes really far and is killer in the woods with forehands it goes super straight definitely my #1 midrange

Love the way it feels in the hand - seems to be quite OS to throw, I can throw any putter I have further than this disc for some reason, if anything.. It's so OS that I need to release on a slight anny just so it doesn't burn on me at about 250. RHBH I average about 240-260 with this disc, which is pretty weak considering I can throw my Buzzz 300+ without a full rip

This is an interesting disc. I thought the overmold would be more noticeable but it really didn't change anything about my grip or how the disc feels. I have an Opto-G first run that a friend gave me. The rim is comfortable to me and I like the grippy feel of the plastic. The diameter is a little bit on the smaller side for a mid and the overall shape reminds me of a Westside Anvil but with more dome. For backhand it's kind of a tweener disc for me, falling in between my Zone and my Buzzz. It has more glide than a Zone and less fade but I prefer a 5 speed disc for my overstable mids. Where I think this disc is really interesting is forehand. I throw it on a slight hyzer and it flips up to flat, glides really straight with almost no fade at the end. That makes it great for tunnel shots, short ace runs or short turnover forehand shots.

The Fuji was definitely a straight flyer for me! The nice thing is it could handle a bit of power and not turn over. The thing that took getting used to was that it doesn't have much fade. It was a good power point and shoot mid for me. The rim is super comfortable and comes out of the hand very easily- likely due to the flatter top.

The overmold basically blends into the disc so well that you wouldn't really notice you're holding one. Not sure if this overmold tech has a specific purpose with Lat 64, but either way, this disc flies well!

The Fugi is a low profile, flat top, overmold mid-range disc.

I was quite surprised when I first threw the Fugi. I expected it to be slightly overstable but my first throw never faded out. Of course, I threw it many times after that and concluded that the flight numbers were a bit off. When I threw the Fugi hard and flat, it had a considerable about of turn. I would not use this for my overstable mid slot but it could be used for a straight or hyzerflip shot.

I do not notice the overmold when throwing so, it does not bother me. I throw the Nova so, Im not sure what overmold would bother me.

I really liked the overmold Gobi by Latitude 64. It was my favorite of their initial overmold discs. It was such smooth, high-glide mid-range that really could crossover into fairway driver territory in terms of ground covered. I'm happy to report after some throwing in a field and in a round of disc golf that the Fuji is always a great overmold mid-range from Latitude 64. I think they were going for a more overstable, flatter-topped compliment to the Gobi, and I suppose that they suceeded in that. The Fuji does have a flatter top, but it still glides very well for a mid-range. I would say that the "2" fade really only happens on shorter throws. When I threw the Fuji with more heat, it really stayed very straight for the entire flight. It even pulls a bit to the understable side when thrown with heat. So, it is more like a faster-moving version of the Gobi with a little more fade when used for shorter throws.

The flat top lends itself nicely to forehand throws and I found the rim quite comfortable for both forehand and backhand.

I always like mid-range discs as suggestions for beginners, and I'd say that the Fuji fits nicely into that role. It doesn't exaggerate the fade but allows for the player to work on form at lower speeds.

Though I may not agree 100% with the flight ratings printed on the disc, I do like the Fuji quite a bit.
