This is my first favorite control driver, first disc to bag in multiple weights, and also my first infinitediscs review! The Falchion helped me work through lots of form issues and grip inconsistencies--particularly with anhyzers. I really like fairways like the Discraft XS, MVP Volt, Innova Firebird, L64 Explorer, DD Maverick, L64 River, & Saint, the Falchion fits between those really nicely. It's easily my most intuitive, responsive and useful driver. In the time that I've been throwing mine (170g recycled x2, 174g opto), I feel like I've grown *into* them, rather than out of them, despite my arm speed and spin improving. If you're looking for a disc that will help teach you as you head into the world of faster plastics, but can still stay plenty competitive in your bag for a long time after, definitely pick up a few Falchions.

The Falchion is incredibly responsive and a produces a very highly intuitive flight. It handles any line I put it on with an impressive degree of grace. It's pretty forgiving of me if I try to muscle it, but it also shows me exactly why I'd be better off spinning it, instead. I really like that I can bag a couple of these for tournaments, spare my arm from all the reefing on fast stuff, yet still churn out quality 350' placement shots, and the occasional 500'-some-odd hilltop backhand anhyzers--with some degree (+/-20') of understanding of where it will land.

I've used the Falchion primarily between 3000' - 7000' elevation; haven't tried it at sea level yet, but at these altitudes, the differences in its stability are intuitive and very much workable. You'll find a whole lot of versatility with this disc and I very much recommend you give it a shot!
