The Kastaplast Impa is a very understable distance driver designed for versatility and workable flights. It offers smooth glide with dependable high-speed turn, making it useful across a range of arm speeds. Higher-power players can shape big sky rollers and long turnover lines, while moderate arm speeds will see extended distance with minimal effort. The Impa adapts well to different throwing styles and shot selections.

With a lot of other discs with this amount of understability, you often get a disc that feels quite domey and not great for a forehand. Although I would say the Impa is more suited for a backhand power-grip, it is one of the best feeling flippy distance drivers I have tested for a forehand. Even with -4 turn, it does have a decent amount of integrity, and will fade at the very end of the flight. You won't have quite as many throws burning over on you as you might expect. The Impa slots really well after the Alva in terms of stability in the Kastaplast line up. As always, K1 plastic feels amazing and won't be too gummy in the summer, and not so slick in the winter.

The Impa would also be a fantastic choice for intermediate players looking to get a bit more distance on their drives. It is absolutely worth giving a try.
