I found a near-new Star Teedevil with no name or number on my home course right when I started playing disc golf a year ago. It was my first distance driver, and like most beginners, I had no idea how to throw it more than 150 ft before it would dump hard to the left. So I let it sit in my closet for 8 months. As I got better at disc golf through the year and gained greater distance and control, I decided to get the Teedevil back out and give it another go. I fell in love with it. With the flat top, it's phenomenal on forehands, and it seems to glide forever on backhands. I can get mine to top out around 425 ft, with controlled drives close to 390 ft. Despite similar numbers to a Destroyer, this disc could not feel more different. Both are great in different ways. I don't know how common Teedevils are anymore, but if you come across one and have an open mind and a strong arm, I'd give it a try.

I was expecting a slightly less OS Destroyer based on these flight numbers. However, it seems much more OS than my Destroyers/Emperors. Definitely goes straight for a long time, but it dumps left once the flight is done. I'd say go try something else.

    Really miss my Star TeeDevil,

Great and Dependable, Handled windy days very well in max weight, Not a fan of the blizzard or champion variants.

I forehand often and this seemed like a much much faster firebird. When throwing this weak it has a very comfortable fade.

Glide seems much lower than a 5, which is why I tended to favor this on those windy days.

In star plastic this disc took almost an entire season to beat in properly, I tend to throw at least one round a day in the warmer months.

The Teedevil seems to be somewhat related to the Katana, Vulcan, and Archon. All 3 discs have a shallow rim and that weird flat top. Its a workable speed 12 driver, but the Teedevil doesn't do anything a Destroyer won't. I feel like the Teedevil is slightly faster than a Destroyer and doesn't glide quite as well. Its a serious S curve flier that takes a pretty big arm to get a full flight out of.

The Teedevil performs well in wind and isn't exceptionally hard to learn. Its one of those unknown/slightly underrated discs that gets lost in Innova's already very crowded driver lineup. It has since been discontinued, probably as no surprise to anyone.

Guys who like flat Destroyers will probably love the Teedevil. It would pair well in any bag with the Archon. Only real downside to the Teedevil is that it somewhat lacks glide. It can be a stubborn flier and will seem to crash down short of where you want it.

I got the TeeDevil because I heard so much about the TeeBird I figured a disc that had similar numbers should be just as awesome. It turns out that was not correct, I just never could get a feel for the TeeDevil.

I love the profile of the disc, I like the flat top look a lot and love the feel. The star plastic also feels great in the hand as always.

What I did not like about the disc was just how large the rim on it was. I like a wide rim, but the TeeDevil seems excessive and doesn't feel well, even with larger hands. I think that is one of the largest issues with the disc, I couldn't get a consistent release on it which resulted in me becoming increasingly frustrated with it.

Overall, I would avoid the TeeDevil, I don't think it is a very good disc for what it is and that there are better ones out there from Innova.

The tee devel is very thought out disc with a skinnier outer rim. I liked the tee devel because it was very stable, I love it and would recommend it to others.

    Star TeeDevil at 170 g.

Started as my meathook, high wind flick driver in the spring.

Moved through Dominator, then Boss, then Havoc, and then a Halo over the summer.  As my flick improved, I started throwing the TeeDevil again and now it's the most consistent disc in my bag.  I can throw it down a 300 ft tunnel shot and land on a 20' wide road.  The Boss, Halo, and Havoc go further, but are a bit flippy in the wind (gstar 168, opto 164, and opto 172) and need more room for a full flight.  Started getting easy birdies on 350 ft technical wooded holes.  Flies most similarly to my MVP Fission Photon (155 g).  Late minimal turn and a rapid dive rather than gliding fade.  Now, the DM Hysteria is my meathook, high wind flick driver.  I'd rate the TeeDevil with a little less glide, a little more turn, and a bit more fade (not distance, but degree of quick fade to ground).  The Innova numbers are close.

Bought this disc very impulsively. Got it to the course and whipped it, btw its 134g, and I turned it over for a mile in the wrong direction. I thought to myself, great what a waste of money! Decided to give it another shot and snapped with a pretty extreme hyzer angle on it. It flipped up, moved a little right, and then finished left like it should. The catcher was that I blew by the basket by about 90 feet or so, which leads me to believe I blasted one over 400'. I have never done that before. Haven't had quite the same success as of recent, but I keep practicing with it and I hope to get it dialed in because it has the potential to be a game changer for me.

I do not agree with Innova's flight numbers on the TeeDevil.  I throw destroyers and Xcalibers and I have a 175g star TeeDevil that is interchangeable with the Xcals and MUCH more overstable than any of my destroyers.  This disc in heavy star plastic is basically an Xcaliber.  Don't believe me... ? Watch Steve Brinster's 'In the Bag' around the time he won the 2013 USDGC.  Brinster throws Xcals and TeeDevils interchangeably.

This disc feels great in the hand.  Compare to a destroyer for rim width and the feel of star plastic.  Buy heavy if you want a meathook.
