Very good disc. I have struggled to find 3 speeds and or throwing putters that I actually both throw well and enjoy throwing during rounds.

Aside from a uniquely flat run of star Colt that I enjoyed, the only other 3 speed throwing putters I was enjoying were the Proxy and the Luna, but I now prefer the Star Sync. It is much simpler to use than a Proxy, because it's more torque resitant. I prefer it to my Mega Glo Luna as well, because despite Discraft's numbers - the Luna is also less stable and tends to go too far. The Sync is an apt name for the mold, because it just seems to be in "sync" with my hand-eye coordination. It goes where I'm visualizing throwing it, how I'm visualizing it getting there.

What more can you ask for from a disc? 

By the way, it IS shallow - but not THAT shallow. It's not Mirage or Harpoon shallow. I'm 6'2" with biggish hands. Not super thick fingers, but I can easily palm basketballs etc and the Sync feesl totally comfortable for my backhand grip.

I love the Sync. This is an ideal approach disc. Great feel and excellent for both forehand and backhand approach shots. It's really straight, but has good high speed stability. I don't know if it's just the polish of the mold, but this Star Plastic of the 1st run feels amazing. Seems to be a little more grippy than normal Star plastic.
