Very reliable mid range for off the tee shots. In the woods if you need to fly straight and not have a crazy overstable finish this is the disc you need. I have a lightweight one and a full weight one definitely never leaving the bag. If you can get your hands on one don't hesitate you wont regret it.

The Champion plastic is not as flippy out of the box. Even though these are OOP at the moment its still a great disc if you can get your hands on one. Super straight and easy to throw. Wide disc with slight dome. I wish this would of been my first Mid!

This and my champ Leopard3 were with me through my 20s and early 30s as a casual, couple times a month, beer-drinking, DX throwing, basic bitch disc golfer. Then Covid hit and I finally made the jump to being a serious advanced disc golfer. Guess what's still in my bag? Hint: it's not the Leopard3 (although it might be back soon because I'm developing my sidearm and it prints distance numbers). Yes, you guessed right, it's my beat Champ 180g Super Stingray. This is my understable mid. The Gateway Mystic is putting up a good fight but I don't know if this will ever get kicked out of the bag when I'm playing serious rounds. I can trust this disc more than any to give me controlled mid-range turns and serious glide. I've thrown this disc numerous times where my card mates asked me what driver I used. This thing crushes and shapes shots. The turn isn't obscene unless I fully juice it on an anny release. That could be bad. But the champ plastic and max weight still give this baby some stability. If I power down this will still go flat with very little turn with a late fade. Max power, this turns, but this disc is also 15 years old and been around the block. Hyzerflip extraordinaire. Don't know what else to say. This disc is glidy, controllable, shapeable, bombable, and feels great. This would be the disc I would be most upset with losing. I'm getting sentimental thinking about it.

The Champ max weight Super Stingray is a badass MF. Seek it out.

Aced with my Atlas two weeks ago and hung it on my wall, and was looking for a good replacement. I am color picky, and could not find an orange Atlas, so decided to try a few other discs out. I have a Mako3 nd a Skeeter, but found a Super Stingray in Champ plastic at 180g and decided to try it out. Until I find another Atlas, this will be my straight mid of choice, and it could very-well replace my Atlas completely.

The SS is super consistent. It has just enough turn, and just enough fade where it is easy to know what it's going to do every time. The glide is perfect, not so much it becomes prone to error, but enough the disc stays afloat for a good long flight. Trying to throw this like I did my Atlas, I overshot the baskets by about 20-30 feet each time till I got the distance down, then started parking it. This disc if you toss it hard easily does 250-275 right to the target zone.

I have only seen these a few times on shelves, so I am probably going to try and track a few down just to make sure I have backups.

Long story short, I really enjoyed this disc and trust it completely to do what I want.

The Super Stingray is for players who like the regular Stingray, but want to put more power behind it. The flight is going to be a bit straighter, without the turn of a standard Stingray, but it will hold up a bit better in the wind. These are not is regular production anymore, at least to my knowledge. That is one big negative if you like this disc.

I was so excited to give my new super stingray a try that I used it on a hole next to a large ravine to start a round one day.  Im sad to say I only got one throw from this disc, but watching her fly into that thorny ditch was a thing of beauty.  Im sorry Super Stingray.  I know I let you down.

A highly underrated disc. Problem is that the bottom edge can be sharp on some runs (I took a bit of sandpaper to the bottom of mine and now it's smooth). Flies EXACTLY like a Z Buzz, and just as far.

Innova midrange disc similar to a slightly beat champion stingray, the new discraft zombee or the dga squall. The disc I threw was 171 grams and was very accurate under light or no wind conditions. I lost mine and want to definitely get another one soon at maybe a heavier weight .A control driver with good distance , a great reason to try this disc out.
