I think this was my first disc back in 1989.  I don't recall it being this thin, and the plastic feels different than I remember, but the action is familiar.  I picked one up just for old times' sake, and it behaves exactly like Schreuds4 describes.  We considered it a midrange back in the day when a speed of 7 was a driver- not so much now.

Still playing with it to see if it has putter potential for me.  Not sure the plastic or the weight will like the chains, but this thing is super straight and comes in handy for RHBH when threading the needle for short range and wanting the disc to park on landing.

Don't think this is the option for most throwers, but a super beginner/kids disc, a handy disc in thick woods, and just very different than most discs these days so it's fun to play around with.  Got one for my wife too and it works well for her in a number of situations.

I got this putter on a bit of a whim, I was like, hmmm, hammer sounds kinda cool, lets try it. I was not disappointed.

Feel: Probably the thinnest shallowest putter I've ever felt, the rim is so shallow, the diameter feels so wide, almost like a midrange. There is also a relatively large bead on the bottom, which doesn't feel bad, or good really, it's just kinda there.

Flight: This disc is one of those putters that is super straight but has enough resistance to fade that it will stay straight even with some power behind it. The other thing is, this disc is zippy, it gets out the hand, flies straight, and hits the ground 200' later, all within like a second. Ok, not actually a second, but its fast (for a putter).

Comparisons: Feel wise, this is like a deputy with a bead, it even flies a bit like a deputy too, just a little more stable. A disc that I've found to fly pretty similar, but just a little shorter range, is the polecat, the hammer and the polecat are worlds apart in terms of feel, but in flight they are rather similar.
