The Cro is not one of the disc you hear about very often. I really like discs that are Turn 0 / Fade 2, and I was looking for a Mid with low glide. Enter the Cro. I was surprise how there were so few reviews, but I took the chance.

I was not that impressed at first. I didn’t like the domey feel with the 2.0 cm height. Just felt a bit too big for my hand. I was not throwing it well and it was the least favorite of all my mids. But funny thing happened when I was working on improving my technique and changed my grip. Then all of a sudden this Cro was hitting the lines, flying farther than my other mids, and feeling very reliable. It moved up the ranks and is now one of my top 3 mids for backhand.

Forehand is a different story. I prefer flatter discs for my FH, so I would not use this disc. So taking off 1 star from the rating. 4 stars overall (5 stars for backhand only).

I recently picked up a CRO and really like this disc!  The limited glide makes it a great choice for upshots.  It will go as far as you want, so don't worry about overshooting the basket.  It's flight is fairly stable and is good at holding a hyzer line throughout.  Throw this disc on a medium length (125-150 feet) anhyzer with enough air and it will flex out for a soft flat landing.  It is quickly becoming a go-to off the tee for anything under 250 feet.  Finally, this may be one of the most comfortable discs I have every thrown.  It just fits my hand so well!

The Cro is a really nice midrange disc.  It is easy to grip and feels good in the hand.  It flies fast right to the basket on long approaches, and is effective in headwinds.  The glide is better than the relatively low flight number, but it will take power.  It's an 'oldie but a goodie' if you're looking for a stable-to-overstable mid for your bag.

This is a great and underrated disc. A truely wonderful midrange and makes a great putter on windy days. Goes nice and straight with just a light fade at the end

I did not like this disc when I first got it. I’ve always thrown mid-range discs with no fade, and this disc has a fade and I just couldn’t get used to it. Truth is though that sometimes you’ve got to have a disc that flies straight next to a line a trees and then drives in at the end. I would recommend this disc to anyone. There are countless times on a disc golf course when you will need a disc that flies like this one.

The Cro just might fit in your hand better than any other mid-range out there. A surprisingly fast flyer that is easy to throw, and will stick on the line you put it on like glue.

Holy Cow!! I thought I was the only person that uses the Cro for this! I've had a star Cro for about 5 years now. It's beat to hell but is my go to approach. It turns beautiful low speed corners and sits. Can handle low speed flicks too. Almost never throw it anywhere near full speed but anything out of jump putt range this is my go-to! Great review Telthers. I couldn't agree more! I would sign your petition!

Another very useful disc with a nice predictable flight mine is broke in and kind of soft but will still reach out there consistently i use it on longer approaches that i need to fade left into the basket and sit down quickly and for that shot it works perfectly..a very under rated disc...glad that i have it

Threw a friends Cro today, it was a 175 Star. I really like it, it holds a beautiful line, and is very accurate under 260ft. I may get one I liked it so much.

My go to midrange off the Tee for any straight to left shot. I have a first run Star that I love and Pro ones beat in to be very straight. This disc has little glide so when you rip it you know where it's going and it's not going to flip or take off.
