    C-Blend Glow Details

This is a glow-in-the-dark version of C-Blend plastic, which is the equivalent of Innova's Champion plastic. It is a semi-transparent, durable plastic that provides outstanding performance and long life. The Glow C-Blend can be either colored or traditional white glow and often feels slightly more gummy than typical C-Blend plastic.

Great disc that in glow plastic is becoming my go-to choice for "one disc" rounds on mid range to short courses.

Despite this disc being classed as an overstable approach disc, I wouldn't put it in the same slot as a Rhyno, Zone, etc. For me this disc is more of a burly throwing putter than can handle maximum power, with a very consistent fade at the end and not a lot of groundplay. I find it a bit easier to flip over and burn than other similar speed x/x/0/3 discs.

For many open shots at 250-300ft, I feel like I am minimizing my potential for error by choosing a Raze over either a more finnicky throwing putter or higher speed (more ground play / variables) midrange. At that range I can hit the disc with a ton of power on a hyzer angle on FH or BH, and it will eat up the torque, flip up to flat, carry, then fade pretty hard at the desired range and stick near the target. Of course, it will faithfully execute a pushing hyzer line any day of the week, but is responsiveness enough to touch to let you pop it up midway through the flight to carry around an obstacle.

The Raze has the advantages of flying a bit like a brick and being forgiving to mistakes, but it's not so overstable that you can't hit some interesting lines like late turnovers or finesse forehand lines. For me, this disc often feels like it's on a rope. It gives me a lot of confidence that I can execute, or at least not totally screw up, almost any line I want out to about 300ft, with some obvious exceptions -- it's not glidey or fast enough for long straight shots with a low ceiling, it's not a super great putter (I use it in the wind though sometimes), and as mentioned it's not overstable to the point where you can chop quick flex lines. And yeah, I guess I have to really juice it once I'm pushing it past 250ft.

Despite being fairly deep I do really like this disk on forehand, but only with a stacked grip. It is a little too deep for me to be able to cleanly release it with split grip consistently. Hard forehands with gnarly OAT burn into the ground pretty easily, but this disc will tolerate basically anything less than that. On backhand, I've almost never burned it into the ground but I have been able to get it to hold a long turnover line for basically the entire flight.

This is the zone-like approach disc in the Infinite lineup. It is a little slower but can still fill that slot. It can be a little more overstable than anticipated. It feels good in the hand, slightly deep. This disc shines in the C-Blend Glow plastic! I don't know why, but the Infinite version of this plastic is just better than Innova's.

It's like a P3x without a bead. Always found AX3 more glidey in comparison, so this fulfills that flight.

Most of my throws with the Raze have been in C-Blend Glow plastic.

I am really enjoying the Raze for backhand shots. It holds up to a lot of torque and finishes with a good amount of fade. As a few others have mentioned, it's a little too deep to be comfortable for most people's forehand grip. Though, I've heard of some people who are really liking the Raze for forehand shots.

It's got a very flat top, and I find that it's nice and slow for approach shots around the 200ft mark. Definitely worth giving a shot!

I've been very excited for this disc to come out! Long story short I was not disappointed. I got both the glow c blend and r blend. The more shape of this disc leading it to be an aggressive bidding disc but with little ground play. For me this disc shines in distant upshot's with a fade and on a controlled forehand shot. The biggest complaint I have with the disc is I find the disc hard to power grip with it being a deeper bowl. But to combat this the disc itself is very torque resistant.

    Disc: 175g Glow C-Blend and R-Blend Raze, Run 2 & 3

Feel: The Raze is a flat to slightly puddle top approach putter. If you told me it was an AviarX3 I would believe you. It feels decent for a backhand though its on the deeper side. It feels bad for forehand, much too deep for my preference. When looking for an overstable approach I would like it to be comfortable for both backhand and forehand, but the Raze was not ideal for either for me. I do like that it is available in R-Blend.

Flight: My typical overstable approach distance is between 200 and 240 feet. My rated flight numbers: 3/3.5/0/2.5. For me when thrown flat the Raze held straight for most of the flight with a slightly overstable finish, but not quite what you'd expect for an overstable approach disc. On a slight anhyzer it held and slowly faded to flat or just beyond flat. When thrown into a 15 MPH headwind it unfortunately turned a bit for me. The flight is overstable, but not very overstable.

Overall: I was excited to see Infinite was coming out with another overstable approach as the Ruin wasn't quite it. With a name like Raze I thought this would be much more overstable, but I am a bit disappointed. The feel is not great as it is much deeper than I prefer. It likely won't make the bag, but hopefully it fits a slot for others.

The disc is surprisingly overstable. It feels like it should be less stable when you hold it but once you let go of it, it carries straight and has a remarkably great fade at the end—accurate to the numbers, if not a bit more glide than the numbers suggest.
