The Infinite Discs Prototype I is a high-speed distance driver designed to sit somewhere between the Emperor and Maya in the lineup. It offers a blend of glide, workable turn, and a controlled finish, making it suitable for shaping long distance lines. Early testing suggests a flight that balances distance potential with manageable stability. Flight numbers are tentative and based on early feedback from testers.

My Flight Ratings: 11/5/-0.5/2 Not Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: 325 Straight Score: Slightly Overstable

Throwing at elevation 6000ft, stable and nice flight very similar to a stable Pharoah but maybe not as much glide. I throw Pharoah and Maya regularly, but an Emperor when wind kicks up and this wouldn't get bagged at all. It's a nice feel, but not really understable or useful for me, it definitely flew straight when I forced it, and had plenty of glide consistently going around 40ft past the other two prototypes, just not enough different from the already brilliant Infinite drivers I have.

Of the 3 new prototypes that Infinite dropped recently, This one was the one I was least interested in because it didn't seem like it filled any gap in Infinite's lineup. Heck the initial flight numbers for this mold are basically the same as the Sultan. Despite that, I still purchased it because I wanted to try all 3 of the prototypes and this disc actually left a very good impression on me.

First, I want to state that this disc feels more like an 11 speed than a 12 speed. I even compared it to other 11 speeds I have such as Wraiths, Traces, and DD1s and the rim width feels the same. At most, you could probably consider this an 11.5 speed. But I think this being an 11 speed is actually a positive because that would make it different from the Sultan and fill that gap between the Czar and the Maya.

I live in the Columbia Basin in Eastern Washington, and our elevation is somewhere around 400 to 500 ft above sea level. As such, this disc flies fairly close to its turn and fade numbers and maybe even a little more understable. It's a certified bomber for my beginner noodle arm and can take the role of a beat in Wraith without needing to beat in an actual Wraith.

I still like the other 2 prototypes better, but this one is still worthy of being put into full production. I like it a lot. You can call it the Vizier or something like that lol.

I threw the Emperor a lot when I lived in Florida and loved it.  After moving to Colorado and throwing about 6500' in elevation, the Emperor can sometimes be a little stable for my arm (380 average drive).  I bag the Maya at elevation for a hyzer flip driver but it is not as trustworthy in the wind.  So I was excited to try this prototype as something in-between the Emperor and Maya.  Did some field work with it yesterday and I love it.  Lots of glide, the right stability for my arm speed at elevation.  Was throwing it just over 400' consistently in a flat field.  If I was at sea level again I would go back to the Emperor as a flat thrower and use this as a good hyzer flip option.  At 6500' thrown flat this prototype has a little turn and then a consistent slight fade at the end of the flight - even into a slight headwind.
My flight ratings are based on 6500' elevation.  I think at sea level likely the 12,6,-2,2 are accurate numbers.
