    Recon is Hyzer Bombs translucent, durable blend. This is the equivalent of Millennium Quantum or Innova Champion plastic. The Signature edition provides support for professional players.

    My Recon Sabot is the most overstable disc I own (never thrown a Tilt). For that reason it stays in my bag. Very useful for forehand and power throwers as well as anyone else as a utility disc. Not beginner friendly for obvious reasons--it's a high speed, very overstable disc. I wouldn't give it to a beginner unless you emphasize what it's useful for, are showing them skip shots, etc. because it could derail their form development should they decide to get serious about disc golf.  And even then, I'd reiterate that something like a putter or neutral mid is a better choice when working on form. The Recon plastic seems to be like a slightly softer/gummier Champion for anyone curious.
