    FD2

    (7 Reviews)
    Rate this Disc

The FD2 is out of production, and based on the flight of the FD1, which now fills that Teebird spot, a new run of FD2 will most likely be a different disc entirely.

The FD2 is a stable-flying fairway driver with TeeBird like flight ratings. Discmania gives their second fairway driver this description: “The FD2 is a reliable speed 7 workhorse fairway driver for all skill levels. It’s not too glidey to avoid you from sailing off-target and it has a low-speed fade you can depend on. Packed with a nice amount of high speed stability, this disc gives you nice straight lines when thrown flat and hard. The more power you put behind this disc, the straighter lines you will see it perform. When thrown more gently, the fade will kick in earlier in flight, making cutting corners easier.”

Built to be more overstable than the Tactic, the Drop excels in controlled distance and reliable finishes, making it an ideal choice for approaches in any condition. Whether throwing hard for a strong finish or softly for precision, the Drop provides confidence and consistency.

The Discmania line-up gets a much-anticipated addition in the form of a beefy fairway driver. The newcomer is called the FD3 and it is targeted to everyone who can appreciate an overstable driver that's trustworthy in all conditions. The FD3 features a flat profile and a very comfortable rim.

Despite being very close to the Power Driver (PD) in terms of flight ratings, the FD3 offers a noticeably more overstable flight pattern. This disc can be used for everything from touch sidearms that get you out of trouble to full power drives off the tee. You can rely on the FD3's long but powerful and forward-penetrating fade.

As an accurate, smooth flying disc, the FD is a winner for beginners and pros. While the FD isn’t the fastest flying fairway driver, it does offer excellent glide, allowing it to rival your furthest flying distance drivers.

The P3x has been re-approved by Discmania as of Nov 9, 2023. Fans can have it back in the bag, and newcomers to the Discmania Originals line can have their beaded putter they've been wanting.

The P3x is a flat, overstable, beaded putter. In the hand, it feels like an Aviar3 with a bead. This putt/approach mold is great for shorter wind penetrating shots. Try a P3x if you want your upshot to have a consistent fading finish.
