My Flight Ratings: 4/4/0/1 Somewhat Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: 300 Straight Score: Ultra Straight

The companion is the best disc I added to my bag in 2024. A reliable straight 4 speed that has a touch of fade is hard to find in my opinion. This disc is a terrific compliment to your overstable approach disc in your bag (your zone style disc) and has a bunch of different uses depending on your skill level. It's shallow which I love and is plenty torque resistant for a 4 speed.

My Flight Ratings: 4/4/0/1 Very Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: 275 Straight Score: Ultra Straight

I'm rating this disc as Ultra Straight, even though is has a little fade at the end. For my drives and approach shots, it flew on the shape I started it on, with enough fade to finish left even on an anny shot. But I get a little fade on my neutral discs, too.

The Companion feels good in my hand and complements my weird grip. The disc can handle as much power as I could give it. Which, unortunately, isn't a ton. The plastic feels good to me.
