The Cruise is Full Turn's newest and fastest disc, coming in at speed 13. However, it is manageable by all skill levels with early turn in the flight, and late fade with great glide.

This is a high speed disc that to me is a bit more understable than advertised. Right away I think "Good high speed disc for beginners". If you're looking to up your disc speed and get some more distance, but still like flippy discs, this is for you. I'd give it a 1 or 1.5 on the fade.

When thrown hard it definitely flips over, I'd say you could even make it a roller disc if you wanted to. When thrown soft it pops up and glides for a good while, before gently fading back. Sometimes it didn't fade back much at all.

The rim is thicker, but not massive like some speed 13's. So this really could be a good distance driver for smaller arms looking for distance. It's flight is nice once you get used to it, it's just not something I'd bag right now. The plastic is high quality and feels great, though!

The Cruise was a bit hard for me to get dialed in because I looked at the flight numbers and thought, "speed 13...I better throw this hard." It also suggests an understable turn with a strong fade. However, when thrown with that kind of speed, it is a pretty flippy disc-- much more so than I expected. The end fade was not dramatic enough to bring the disc back to a straight (net 0) finish. I through right-hand back-hand, and when thrown with my mediocre power, the Cruise always finished right without enough fade to come back.

I thought, "OK, this is understable," and opted to try a couple of anhyzer lines to see if it could work as a utility disc to turn right and keep going. But, it pulled so sharply to the right that it became a roller when released with an anhyzer angle. It could make a great high-speed roller disc. I personally don't use rollers, so for me it wasn't a disc that I'd bag.

However, with all that said, when I dial back to what I'd use for a speed 9 or speed 10 disc, it flies more as advertised. So, for new players who want to try out a wide-rimmed distance driver, give the Cruise a try because it actually flies nicely when thrown at a lower speed. New players could find it quite satisfactory.
