I was looking for a reliable overstable midrange to compliment my Core and Lithium, and nothing has fit that role better than the Radium. It is incredibly reliable, and my go to disc if I need to get around a tight corner or to fight the wind that would throw my other midranges hard right (RHBH). Comfortable in the hand and easy to throw, this is an awesome disc.

The Radium, feels amazing in the hand, it will sail right down the middle, and always finish Right for me (LHBH) Although it has the feel of a midrange, i often use it in replacement of a Fairway driver. I trust it enough to put 80-90% on it without flipping it over. its love!

As stated before, the Radium is a perfect compliment to the Lithium.  It is a very workable midrange that holds a dead straight flight with a nice forward fade.  It offered a very predictable performance and could hold an honest comparison to the Buzz or Truth.  For fans of the Dynamic Discs Verdict, you can have the same feel in the hand with a straighter flight.

The best thing about the design is that the speed helps to compensate for the lower glide.  This helps for lower ceiling shots where other midrange discs may not have the distance you need to get to pin.  It really prides finesse over power, but make no mistake.....it can handle some good power without turning roller.

All it took was one day out with this disc to see the excellence of the Element Discs midrange line up and I highly recommend that players of all skill levels give them a try.

The Radium is the Buzzz of the Element line- regardless of what the numbers tell you.

I found that thrown side by side, they fly almost exactly the same. The Radium is listed as slightly faster, with slightly less glide, and it essentially evens out to go as far as my buzzz does. Flat and hard, both turn a few degrees before coming back to center to net a straight flight path.

I do like the hand feel of the Radium. Like the Lithium, it has a shallow, rounded rim to it that comes out of the hand effortlessly.

I am not particularly fond of the Hydra plastic. While it is grippy, for a durable premium blend it doesn't feel like it will take abuse particularly well. It is certainly not that durability monster that Z line plastic is.

It's worth a toss for sure, but for now I'm sticking to the Buzzz.

I'd compare the flight of the Radium to that of a Roc but with more a Truth or Buzz type feel in the hand with its shallow rim. It has a predictable flight pattern as it will keep its moderate overstability. This is a great edition to the Element Discs line up along side the Lithium. The Radium is perfect for wide open approach shots with its overstability as the Lithium is for the more enclosed approach shots with its understable/stable flight.

The Radium is a very comfortable disc for slower speed throws that are focused on accuracy. It is built more like a mid-range, but with the speed of a fairway driver. It flies quite straight when thrown with some heat. If thrown flat, it can hold that line for a respectable distance, and when thrown higher, it makes a nice, smooth fade.

Probably the most noticeable factor about the Radium when you first pick it up is the size and shape of the inside rim. It has a very smooth inside rim-- no sharp edges at all. It also feels a bit shallow, so I imagine it would work well with players who have a smaller hand / grip. For myself, the disc sometimes seemed to slip out of my fingers just a tad early because of that smooth, shallow inside rim.

I'd recommend the Radium as a serviceable disc for newer players who are learning to control their throw and don't want a disc that exaggerates weaknesses, nor that compensates too much for them. Rather, they could use the Radium to learn technique and to get a feel for a the flight of a relatively neutral disc, at a manageable speed.
