Figured I'd do a review on it, seeing how it's not all that well known..  But I feel it should be.

I used this disc for quite a while, and it remained a reliable staple for quite some time.  This thing was my best friend when it came to woods shots where I needed great precision on either straight lines or with a small hook at the end.  It doesn't have any turn, even after being beat in quite a bit.  Now that it's beat in, it will just fly straight longer.

I love the plastic, but then again it's a two-sided coin.  It hardly feels like plastic, it's more like some kinda composite blend of cardboardy stuff, but let me tell you it gives you great grip in all conditions, and it's the most rigid disc I've ever felt, which I feel helps it be so consistent and hold lines so well.  The problem with it is that it beats in probably as fast as Innova's DX, so it doesn't have to long of a life...  However, as I mentioned, it still flies great even after having quite a few bangs and bumps and deformities.  The flight plate is still super-flat, it's just that the rim has a bunch of divits and pits in it.

It's great for both backhand and forehand.  I'm not a fan of forehanding slower discs because I just don't like the way my fingers feel in the rims, but this disc is different and is perfect for it, so it's good for small flick upshots and such.

It's comparable to a Discmania P3 or a Westside Harp is shape and action, but I feel that this super rigid plastic it comes in sets it apart from those two.  I currently bag a P3, but I could see bagging the P3 as well as the Prototype because the plastics are that different.

All in all, I do love this disc and it's helped me a lot.  I would in fact recommend it to beginners because while it isn't 'fast', you do have to give it some juice for it to go straight and flat..  I feel it would help newbs work on power and form at the same time.
