Dynamic Discs' long distance driver promises max distance for intermediate-advanced disc golfers. On a powerful throw, the Renegade may be very understable; good for downwind shots and rollers. The Renegade has a substantial degree of high speed turn, impressive glide, and a significant low speed fade. The Dynamic Discs Renegade is available in transparent Lucid plastic, Fuzion plastic for the Eric McCabe series, and the most affordable BioFuzion plastic.

I bought the Renegade in a 157 Lucid Air as one of my first high speed drivers. When I first started, I could throw the disc pretty well, but as my speed increased I found the disc to be a little too light. I gave it to my 13 y/o son who only throws forehands as his first high speed driver and became his favorite disc ever. He went from throwing a little over 100' to bombing out to 260'-280' in just a few outings. For real. He quickly learned to shape this disc with hyzers and anhyzers with his forehand and would play several rounds with just this disc and a putter. Unfortunately, he lost it earlier this year and we haven't been able to find another one since. Until now... I just ordered him one in the Moonshine Lucid 169. I hope that Dynamic Discs brings this mold back. It is really a great forehand disc and I don't know that he would have fell in love with disc golf without having this disc. I really think for beginner forehanders that don't overpower it, it really flies like a speed 10 and a great confidence builder. I'm looking forward to borrowing it since its a little heavier to see how it throws with my backhand. Excellent disc when you can find it...

The renegade is a disc which I have split thoughts of yet find quite good. This distance driver is very handy for me. I like to throw it yet as it is a driver which I have a lot of control over. Distance wise, I can throw it close to 300-400 feet. I may rarely get over it. I feel that I don’t have to put to push effort over this disc to get the flight which I want. I say that this distance driver is not for all beginners. This is because distance drivers just require too much effort for players who have not been practicing throwing a disc for long. I do recommend this disc to intermediate players and above as it does give you the results which you may want. Some people may say that this disc is just used for meat hooks, but I say that it is not. This distance fights the wind well. I can trust it to not be taken over by it too much. I must say though, the plastic is a little tacky and does lose grip when wet. It also gets a little flippy when in hot weather, so I say that you may like a harder plastic. I find that this distance driver has helped me over the months to actually learn how to work a disc. Sometimes I feel that playing disc golf means that I have to adjust my game so it can fit the disc. It is partially true, yet I find that when I use this disc it can actually have good effects on my form. It doesn’t require me to lower my body in any way and I know that I can have my regular form without it getting disturbed. I find that this disc is very useful on the course and I can use it in difficult situations and on some tee-shots. Overall, I must say that this disc is a very good disc. It may be the disc for you, so I recommend that you that you try it out. It definitely might fit in my bag and I find that the more practice makes me better when using this disc. Discs like these take time for them to fit well and be understood by you. When I first threw this disc I threw it about 300 feet and it was all hyzer. This disc may be for you so give it a rip and see the results.
