The Doomsday Discs Monstrosity is an understable driver with a unique variable rim-width design. Two sides have wide rims and two have narrow rims, giving players different grip options and creating an uneven weight distribution. This affects how the disc spins and flies, making it a fun and unusual option for testing new lines, release angles, or throwing styles. It’s a true experiment in disc design. The Monstrosity IS PDGA Approved.

This newly approved mould (yes, it is pdga approved believe it or not) from Doomsday Discs is a ton of fun to throw! Similar to their Abomination, the underside of the rim is a bit funky. While the Abomination has a higher-speed width rim on only one side of the disc, and a smaller width on the other, the Monstrosity has a larger rim length on two sides, and shorter on the other two. Even though the disc is still circular, this unique design gives the inner rim a more oblong shape to it.

You can get quite a bit of distance out of it, with the glide maybe being closer to a 4. It is very flippy, but it actually will come back and fade at the end of the flight. At lower arm speeds, there is more control with the Monstrosity than you would think! With the two different sides of the rim, you can pick what feels more comfortable for you. Maybe not for everyone, but it sure is fun to experiment with!
