The Paul McBeth ESP Malita is a beadless midrange designed for controlled glide and precise shot shaping. With a smaller diameter and shallower rim than the Malta, the ESP Malita offers a slightly understable flight ideal for touch hyzers, smooth turnovers, and dead-straight lines. Crafted in grippy ESP plastic, it delivers excellent durability with a consistent, comfortable release for both backhand and forehand players.

I think the Malita is an excellent midrange and alternative to either the Malta or the Buzzz. You're going to notice a bit less stability than the Buzzz, but that extra point of glide is no joke. The Malita just keeps on going and going, and is super versatile. It isn't going to completely flip over on you, and will still give you that end of flight fade you want in a disc you will be reaching for so often.

The profile of the Malita is a lot thinner than the Malta and Buzzz, giving it a more comfortable feel for forehand shots. Given that midranges are useful in so many cases, I love it when I can find one that allows me to get a clean release for any type of shot I want to throw.

I also absolutely love the way it flies from a stand-still or a knee. It just goes laser straight.

The Malita is an impressive midrange that's useful for players across a wide range of skill levels. I didn't really  like the Malta, but am a big fan of the Malita. It's on the slightly understable side, which might make you think it’s not pro material—but clearly that’s not true, since Paul McBeth throws it really well.

Feel-wise, the Malita is fantastic. It has a flat top and super comfortable rim that works great for both backhand and forehand grips. I especially like it for low-power, touch forehands that need to stay laser straight at shorter distances—under 200 feet or so. Add too much power, and it can turn over a bit, but for the right touch shots, it’s money.

Flight-wise, I’d say it lands between a Buzzz and a Buzzz SS, but with a noticeably different feel in the hand. I love the Buzzz line, but I might actually prefer the grip and release of the Malita.
