The Banzai is said to be the overstable counterpart to the popular Pipeline. (Both disc names are derived from the iconic Hawaiian surf break, the Banzai Pipeline.)

The Banzai is a fairway driver with speed, glide, and the stability you need in a trustworthy disc. This disc has a very straight flight, with a predictable fade at the end. Perfect for backhand or forehand drives, this disc will do it all!

    Matty J Disc Golf
My Flight Ratings: 8/5/-1/2 Somewhat Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: 375 Straight Score: Slightly Overstable

I like DGA more than your average player, but this one should be one of their staples. I tried the Pipeline and it was kind of lifeless, I wouldn't call it a fun disc, then bought this to complement it.

The numbers are for sure off, I can throw it around 360' and it ends up pretty much dead straight. So, not a crazy arm speed but I get a full S-flight basically anytime I throw it. I could buy 8 / 5 / -1 / - 2, nonetheless, it's a great fairway. It's easy to throw and has a nice hand feel. The wing is a bit concave on the bottom but the rim is smooth and comfortable. It's a great fairway, a long beat in Teebird or Thunderbird that's got some personality in its flight. Fun disc that does the job and is easy to throw.
