The Buffalo is an overstable, wind-fighting driver offered in weights in the mid 160s (grams). Out of the box, it offers more turn than the Sabertooth and Mammoth, with a strong, predictable fade at the finish.

    Grip Performance Details

Grip performance is the grippiest of the Daredevil plastic blends. If you're looking for a plastic that will perform well in all weather conditions, consider this one. Grip performance is less durable than Daredevil's High and Flex performance blends.

I have a couple of different discs from Daredevil in Grip Performance, the Buffalo feels like DX, and the Pteranodon feels like Pro plastic, I'm not sure if there was a change in plastic blends between runs or if the plastic just feels different on the different discs.

I prefer the Buffalo to the Sabertooth out of the box. It's very comfortable in the hand. It's very overstable and grippy so it doesn't skip much. It beats in quickly though and becomes less reliable. It gouges very easily. Within a month I was back to using my Sabertooth because I know what it will do every time. After being beat in, throwing the Buffalo on similar lines produces too much variability for me. I currently use the Buffalo for winter rounds where I throw with less power as the teepads are slippery, it shines there. Unless you really like the grippier plastics, go with a Sabertooth instead.
