My Flight Ratings: 11/6/-4/1 Very Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: 400 Straight Score: Very Understable

I have the Prototype Osprey. I would rate this faster and with more turn than the official flight numbers, but I've only thrown the prototype run. I would rate mine 11, 6, -4, 1. It's very understable, but I love it. Production runs might be different. I field tested mine throwing flat, and it was too flippy. I didn't throw it for a while, but then decided to use the understability on a particular shot. Threw it hard on a hyzer angle to the left under a big tree branch on a par 4. It climbed on a hyzer, flipped to flat, then turned with forever glide before a little fade kicked in at the end. That throw was 402 ft, which is max distance for me. Left me with an easy approach for birdie. First throw on a course, and I'm hitting my max distance with it. I still use it for that type of shot plus tailwind or standstill drives. As long as I have room for the disc to work, I get big easy distance. I don't have to give max effort like a big Destroyer shot. Some people might not like the micro bead, but beads have never bothered me. The plastic is durable but flexible. It feels great in my hand. This will be in my bag for the foreseeable future. I can't throw it on every hole, but I throw it whenever I can. It has a beautiful flight.

Huge S shots is what this disc is about. It has a low profile feel with a more blunt rim and a micro bead on the inner rim. The Osprey feels very similar to the innova Gorgon, but I like the Osprey more. The Gorgon that I tried just didn't glide quite enough, but the Osprey is true to the 6 glide! In adverse conditions it flips over easily, but otherwise it can fly dead straight or on an S line very far. Brand new I could hit my max distance range at 400 feet or so. I think the champ hit it out of the park with the Osprey
