Clash Discs' Tone plastic features an innovative design that merges two distinct plastic types to optimize performance. The rim's bottom is crafted from a firmer plastic, offering high resistance to twisting forces, while the disc's top utilizes a blend of premium, tacky plastics for superior grip in any weather. This unique combination, known as TONE technology, not only presents a visually striking 3D effect but also enhances the disc's spin speed upon release. Together, these advancements significantly improve the disc's overall capabilities, ensuring top-tier performance across all throws.

The hype is pretty spot on.  I was hesitant but wound up snagging a couple of these locally because I putt with a Hardy Popcorn and have for three eyars now.  I dont honestly know what I was expecting but was excited to try a new tech.  Right away you can feel the disc is much heavier at the bottom.  It feels great in the hand and really got exciting when I threw it.

I threew it in the practice basket when I got them about 60 times.  I quickly realized its a point and shoot putter.  I was draining them from inside the cirlce pretty consistently.  Outside, I'm not great in the first place but where I usually drain 2 out of 10, I noticed I was consistently getting a little better.  Now to be honest, I spent a lot of time this winter putting so it might be because I leveled up a little but, to be fair, the disc gave mea  lot of confidence to run right at the basket.   It FEELS like the heavuier rim allows it to drop and hold a little faster as well on a miss.  I noticed on flat or uphill, they were sitting in place quicker and not rolling as far.  On down hill, lord help, it catches and rolls, gravity is going to win.

Where I feel like this disc truly proves the Tone tech has something to it, is on appraoch.  From 200ft in, I really put this disc to work and when I say it holds a line, it holds.  Its like the Scottish in Braveheart.  Its silky smooth and you can see the rotation on the disc create that little bit of loft to keep everything nice and steady.  It holds torque but honestly, I havent tried to overpower the disc because it just doesnt need it.  Its not a power driver but with some ooompfff, it flies exactly how you release it and is soft, smooth and lofty.    My upshot game unlocked a cheat code with this disc and with extremely reliable numbers on turn and fade, you can expect this disc to pretty much level your game up.

100% reccomend, ONLY reason for the 4.5 is the price.  I get its new tech and coming all the way from Finland, but $30 for a putter is tough, however, if you like the numbers or are familiar with Clash, its a winner and worth the price.
