I usually only leave 5 star reviews for discs I love but in this case I'll compare this to the Cookie which is definitely a 5 star.  The profiles are extremely similar, given the unique roundover shape.  I'd say they got the numbers right on both as well, Lotus flipping a little and Cookie not really at all.  The Lotus is a fine disc really, but it is a hair shallower than the Cookie making it less comfortable and reliable for me.  The difference of depth between the two may be minor but its enough to where I don't love the Lotus and absolutely love the Cookie.  The extra torque resistance of the Cookie also makes it one of those discs I put everything into on almost any angle and never worry about it not handling it.  The Lotus is something I'd consider bagging if I never had a Stalker or a Cookie, but if it doesn't feel right then just move on folks.

*NOTE* I only give 5-stars out to discs that I bag and throw actively. A 4-star disc is great and may come in and out of my bag for me, but I can see another player actively bagging it.

8 speeds also fit weirdly into my bag, but I really enjoy this. Out of the box, I was hoping that this would be a more stable Stag and this is exactly it. I'm hoping that this will beat in to fly like the advertised flight numbers. In my opinion, this flies like an MVP Volt but just feels better for sidearms. It's a touch less shallow than a Volt and a lot flatter, which is why I like how this feels. I don't think that there is anybody who would put this in their hand and say, 'I don't like how this feels'. Steady plastic. This plastic feels so good in the hand and I'm sad that I haven't found a Clash Discs mold to fall in love with. This might be it.
