    Tone Details

Clash Discs' Tone plastic features an innovative design that merges two distinct plastic types to optimize performance. The rim's bottom is crafted from a firmer plastic, offering high resistance to twisting forces, while the disc's top utilizes a blend of premium, tacky plastics for superior grip in any weather. This unique combination, known as TONE technology, not only presents a visually striking 3D effect but also enhances the disc's spin speed upon release. Together, these advancements significantly improve the disc's overall capabilities, ensuring top-tier performance across all throws.

This disc is exactly what I was looking for.  It matches my arm speed perfectly and I was able to use it so well.  I played a tournament the day I got it and parked 7 out of the 8 holes I used it to drive.  It has such a straight flight path when thrown flat and has predictable fade at the end of the flight.  It does not take a lot to get this disc to go 300-350 feet (note that my max driving distance is around 500 feet.)  I also purchased the berry and the berry flew very similar to the guava for my friend who's max distance is around 380-400.  So, if your arm speed is high and you want something that you can throw little flex lines or just straight shots with some fade at the end, this is for you.  However, if your arm speed is slower I'd suggest a berry or a cherry to get a similar flight.

I bought this disc because I like clash and I like a stable/overstable midrange. I could not be more satisfied, the tone plastic is great in the hand, even when wet from dew. I really like the rim feel, I have the peppermint in steady and I think that the rim is similar enough to feel familiar. The disc is great forehand (although the tone flightplate is a little domey on mine) and even better backhand. This disc can also handle a little bit of wind, which saved my round today.

Thrown flat, this disc pushes straight to about 2/3 of flight then pushes left to the ground. it does not dump out on a steap hyzer but pushes further, I have gotten a consistent 315-320 RHBH. Thrown on hyzer it holds very well and can be dropped very accurately. It is a workhorse midrange and it has booted both the Buzzz and Malta from my bag (I was looking for a change anyways).
