The Flamethrower is a slightly overstable distance driver from Black Zombie. Black Zombie describes it as "a perfectly seasoned Wraith" that "booms even for players with slower arm speeds". The Flame Thrower is very glidey and can be used for long anhyzers that finish with a touch of fade. It's also a nice option for forehand drives and long thumbers.

I'll start by saying that there's supposedly there's a V1 and a V2 of this disc, not sure which one I've got but it's flippier than the numbers indicate.

This feels very similar to the Gateway Journey in the hand, and in fact I believe they share the same bottom of the mold. It is reliably flippy. Out of the box it will show some high speed turn and hold it for quite some time before it fades out. It does have quite a bit of glide, though, so in a tailwind or thrown with enough hyzer, it will be one of your best distance bombers if that's not something you're usually proficient at (like myself). If you're sniffing 475 or better, this is a roller/utility disc for you.

The Toxic plastic is really nice in the hand. Good flexibility in the flight plate, good grip to get a thumb buried into the disc, but it's got some nice stiffness in the rim. It's obviously comparable to Gateway's Diamond, but otherwise I'd compare it to Discraft's Z Plastic. It's not super slick and glossy like a lot of new premium blends, but I tend to prefer the teeniest bit of texture that this has. Haven't felt that grip or durability have been an issue.

This is a good one if you want something different. I've thrown the Journey, Scorch, Wave, Ragnarok, Wraith, Trace, and this, and I'd say out of those this one is probably the most understable. If that's something you think you're after, there is no reason to not snag this disc. I mean, look at that stamp!

My new Go-To distance driver.  I LOVE this disc. I have the V1 and now this V2 in Toxic plastic which is more stable than the V1  The plastic is bendy enoungh to dig in with the thumb, but with a stiff enough rim for consistent and firm release. Rim is forhand friendly (i forehand and backhand it).  Graphic is of course awesome. I recommend pairing this driver with a shotgun mid-range and chainsaw putter!

The Flame Thrower is supposed to be a beat in Wraith, but it is more like a beat in Mamba. The disc is crazy flippy. My max distance is about 350 feet, but I can hyzer flip this disc into a roller.
