I bought 2 of these in premium swirl plastic and they are gems. Similar profile to a tee bird or Athena but what I love about the strike is how nice and flat it is. Very comfortable feeling mold and the plastic has plenty of grip as well as durability. As far as the flight goes it is also great. Straight with a consistent fade, forehand and backhand. Can't really ask for much more as a go to fairway driver

    The People's Teebird!

Birdie's first fairway driver did not disappoint! Very straight, and in my opinion, a little flippy. Plastic feel great and does not beat up too fast.

Great feeling disc that flies beautifully. It does require some finesse when throwing into a head wind. My.go to disc for 280 340 foot shots. Replaced my explorer with no remorse.

While the Strike may have the same numbers as a Teebird, make no mistake that it flies more like a Crave than a Teebird or Athena etc. I'd put it more like 7-5-(-0.5)-0.5. That's not to say it's not a great disc - I bag one and really like it. It just doesn't fill that overstable fairway slot for me. Way more understable than even a G-Star Teebird. More like a DX Teebird after a few rounds. I use it for shots around 300-330 where I want it to go dead straight start to finish. Thrown flat it has a gentle turn to it with barely if any fade at the end and when thrown on hyzer it flips up to flat and goes lazer straight until the babiest of fades the last 30-ish feet. I feel like it flies very similarly to a brand new Crave. FWIW, I also live at elevation - 5,600ft.

Easily the best 7 speed slightly overstable fairway I've tried! With decent arm speed, wants to fly dead straight until the vary end of the flight where it has a dependable but small fade. Great for anyone!

Great slightly overstable fairway. It is similar in fade to a Teebird and less stable than an Athena. It's perfect out of the box - curious to see how long it takes to beat it in to dead straight (hopefully a long time). I often push it out straight for about 300 feet before it has a consistent fade for another 20-40ft

I tried a few different discs over the past year for my straight fairway slot. I threw the Discraft Stalker for a while, then switched over the the Teebird3. Ended up buying the Birdie Strike and it instantly took a spot in my back.

Flies straight with some fade on the end. Will hold a hyzer line if you give it some hyzer. Here's how it compares to the discs I threw in this slot previously (for reference, I am an intermediate player who routinely drives 350-400ft):

Z Stalker - the Stalker flipped up to flat out of the box and would eventually have a gentle fade at the end. Beat in to the point where it became a little touchy and would turn over on me. The Strike is a little more stable out of the box. Gives you a little flip up. After 30-40 rounds, it beat in to be pretty similar to a new Stalker.

Teebird3 - the Stike doesn't release out of the hand as fast, but has noticeably more glide. Both end up going about the same distance. The Teebird3 gave me too much skip at the end of the flight, where the Stike hits the ground and settles pretty quickly when thrown on a flat line.

Definitely recommend picking on of these up for a straight fairway that beats in perfectly. For beginners, may be hard to get the straight flight you want out of it. Something like a Leapord would work better.

My go to 7 speed. The plastic feels great. Holds the lines that I put it on.

Received this disc in the monthly Infinite VIP program and it instantly made the bag. After a few rounds I traded to make sure I had backups. I don't have the biggest arm but it flies true to numbers. Dead straight with a good amount of glide then just a solid fade at the end.

I have never thrown the Marvel so I wasn't familiar with Birdie as a disc maker but the quality is top notch. Great feel in a premium plastic that looks great through the air. If you want to give a new disc maker a try, you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to what else they put out in the future.

This is a great disc for beginners who cant handle anything too over stable yet. Quality woods disc for backhands as well as hyzerflip forehands

Here's a quick comparison of it with the Athena
