Based on a clear blue 180g RISE.

I tested this in a field along with a Discraft Wasp. Discmania MD4. DGA Aftershock. Prodigy M2. Discraft Buzzz. And NegativeDiscs Ritual

I like to try out new discs in general and was searching for a stable midrange that would be just slightly more overstable than a Buzzz.

The RISE feels nice. Plastic reminds me of Prodigy 400. Its translucent. Not gummy. But not firm like Champion or Z plastics. Grippy. Feels like it would hold up to tree hits.
Hand feel/shape. Almost a mix between an MD4 and a Buzzz. I don't own an MD3 but perhaps it's closer to that discmania midrange vs a buzzz. It feels deeper and bulkier on the rim than a buzzz.

FLIGHT. It was perfect. Flew straight and stable with a glidey hyzer out in the last 30% of flight. Enough to laser a line and know it won't drift understable.

it flew closest to the new Wasp and a beat up MD4

    no bead  comfortable  nice flight

definitely recommend if looking for a workable slightly OS midrange

5/5/0/2 is how I'd call it after testing.

The Birdie Disc Golf Supply Rise is instantly a staple in my bag. I bought two as soon as I heard of them and had to buy a third when I got them. The first two (white and red) were fairly gummy, tacky, and laser-beam straight out of the hand with a bit of fade at the end. I got one in the blue plastic and it was stiff, slick, and much more overstable than the other two.

After throwing each for a month or so, the white Rise has beaten into that nice straight buzzz slot, while the red one has no turn and very little fade, even when thrown hard (arm speed clocked ~70mph on radar gun). The blue one is still in that beat in Buzzz OS slot, not turning at all and fading semi-hard. At this point, my entire midrange bag is as follows: Rise, Rise, Rise.

What surprised me is the lack of torque resistance on the stiffest one I got. The gummier ones can handle some whip on a forehand much better, to be honest. I would specifically target the more opaque runs, which seem to have less fade and... more integrity (I know that sounds weird).

Birdie hit the jackpot with this disc. There is no true comparison to the Rise that I've seen, at least with the smooth, beadless feel.

    Approximate flight numbers after a month with each: Blue (5 4 0 2.5), Red (5 4 0 1.5), White (5 4.5 -1 1.5)

The Rise is one of those midranges that you can just rely on. The hand feel is very reminsicent to the Discraft Buzzz, but is slighlty more overstable in flight. Extremely torque resistant and handle all of the power that I give it. The flight remdinded me a lot of a the Prodigy Archive, or a beat-in ESP Buzzz OS. Trustworthy into most types of windy conditions and a great mid to get those types of baby flexes on in the woods. I can see some players bagging mutliple with different levels of wear and tear.
