I found this in the middle of the fairway with no name on it. And while I've never heard of Alfa before, the flight numbers were intriguing. So initially I took it to the field with me on my next field session and felt like the numbers were pretty accurate. It's a touch more stable than a teebird, fading out just a few feet before a teebird traditionally would. But way less stable than a Thunderbird. So comparing those two discs of a 7 and 9 speed, this fits in pretty accurately at an 8 speed. If compared to the two, I'd say the Cosmic is closest to a slightly beat in G-Star Thunderbird. It's reliably overstable in that it has a straight flight for 80% of the time with a reliable fade finish. I like it and could see myself bagging it while at the same time, it doesn't do anything my other discs don't already do. It won't kick the Teebird out of the bag and the next step up is a Thunderbird, which I prefer the broken in one I already use. Lastly, I'd say the glide of 6 is a bit generous. 5 at the most. Average distance for me with this disc is around 330.

Awesome frisbee. Don't hate me nerds I've been playing since before you were born lol. This one is a workhorse, can handle wind / off-axis torque and glides very far. My two first run chromes were definitely a 3 fade out of the box but after a few good months they are more like a 2, still torque resistant and now they go further before that tail finally kicks.

Solid fairway driver. With a lack of turn a straight or anhyzer throw is the only good options usually which does make it a little hard to master. Apart from that, it feels solid, has generous roll and the design is extremely cool.

alright so AMAZING! however nothing about this discs flight charts or numbers is correct. the disc is far more stable than a 2 it's definatly closer to the stability of a firebird(maybe that will lessen as it breaks in). glide is also much lower maybe a 3.5-4. and I can tell you 100% there isn't an arm on the planet getting this disc past 300 feet. I can consistently throw drivers out to the 450ft range. this disc with 100% power is max going 290ft it Flys roughly 270 ish feet and fades hard. I can throw it 80ish percent power and consistently put this disc exactly at the 275ft mark every single throw. it is by far the most reliable control driver I have ever thrown in my life.(and I have thrown hundreds if not thousands of different discs) keep it high for a nice drop in shot or low and man does this disc flare skip like nothing I have ever thrown. all in all a must buy! even pros will benefit as this fills a slot that no other disc does.

Love this disc.  Mold quality and plastic are top shelf, and it flies just like a fairway driver should.  I don't have a super strong arm, so for the 7/5/0/2 stable fairway slot I use this disc.  It's flight numbers are accurate, and I like the extra glide and distance. Flies how you throw it, a little annie gets you a nice flex shot, flat goes straight with predictable fade at the end, and hyzers spike out like they should.  Also works for forehands, but can be a bit touchy if you overtorque it.  Get one, you won't be sorry.  After your putter and approach disc, your fairway driver is your most important disc, and I'm hard pressed to think of one better than this.  Unless you're a total newbie, this disc will become a favorite that you grow with and keep in your bag until you get a sponsorship on the pro tour.

The Cosmic is a great disc! I find myself using the Cosmic as my main fairway driver. It has a very straight flight path, one thing I love about the Cosmic in the chrome plastic is that it finishes with a nice skip at the end of its flight. I mainly try to throw it flat, but sometimes put some hyzer on it & it holds nicely. I recently just purchased the Cosmic in the crystal plastic I am looking forward to comparing them.

I fell in love with the Apollo from Alfa, so I was awaiting the US release of this disc and snagged one up the day they became available.  The Cosmic is a great feeling disc, the plastic is nice and grippy while also being very durable.  I'd say this disc holds true to the numbers.  Thrown with slight hyzer it begins to fade pretty quickly out of the hand.  Thrown flat and that 6 glide becomes noticeable with a hard, reliable face at the end of the flight.  Thrown on a flex line with some anhyzer and this disc is sneaky long.  The 2 fade seems to be pretty dependable on all lines.  All in all, I'd say this is another fantastic disc from Alfa and I'm really looking forward to their next mold release.

I enjoy the feel of an 8 speed due to having smaller hands. The plastic is great even in the heat. It was way more stable than the 6 glide suggests but the glide doesn't lie. It's amazing on flex lines and it really does stay in the air with great forward fade. I love the reaper/teebird3 mold spot but wow! I will be waiting to buy another ASAP. Such a versatile and comfortable disc.
