I bought this for my four year old to throw to try and give him the disc golf bug. It unfortunately didn't work for me. But get one for your kids if you think they might be interested in the game. They're super fun to throw too.

I got lucky and picked this up at a local disc store to use as my mini. Coincidentally I got RIPT Revenge the same day and this is my cheat code. My friends all use standard minis and being able to have this in my bag has been a lot of fun. My wife has a big Z and I have the standard Z plastic. Its a fun disc to play with and will occasionally throw this off the tee. Other than it being fun to throw from time to time it doesn't serve any particularly special function. All in all if you don't have a mini you like already I would definitely recommend grabbing one of these.
Wow! I bought this for my 7 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. We took it out to the yard today and the disc flies amazing. I'm going to grab her a few more styles of minis for her bag.
I love the Mini Buzzz. What a pint size disc to play with. Too my surprise, I found the mini disc to be a stable disc.
Great for short par 3's. Throw it on a slight anny and watch it buzz through the air.
I have witness a friend ace with an Infinite Illuminati Buzz on a 233 feet, Par 3.
The Mini Buzzz is a fun plus size mini that is pretty much just a shrunken buzzz. I got a couple of these to let the 2nd and 3rd graders I teach use to play around with to grow their interest in the sport.
These things are perfect for the hands of a young child, and they can certainly rip these things a bit easier than a full size disc. Plus, my 19 month old loves carrying hers around with her and tossing it (we're still working on her form...). However, don't let the small size fool you- this little disc bombs.
I was throwing one around in the field this morning, and could get 200+ with it without much of an issue. Put it on a hyzer line and it will flip up and ride. It holds both anhyzer and hyzer lines well too. It does buzzz things in a smaller package. It's certainly fun to throw.
The cons of the disc are that it doesn't fit well in mini pockets do to its larger diameter, and its a bit bulky for the back pocket. For those reasons, I wouldn't use it as I would most minis. Further, it is a hair too small to use on full sized baskets (naturally) so if you are taking a child to the course, they might have some cut throughs of the chains or the disc will fall out of the bottom of the basket.
Either way, these things are a fun little niche item from Discraft. It is certainly a must for Discraft collectors, buzzz enthusiasts, or anyone who plans to introduce the game to younger children!
The mini buzzz is by far the biggest mini disc out there. It looks exactly like the regular buzzz, only smaller. Even has the same tooling on the inner rim with "made in the USA" and "Discraft Buzzz tm"
While this mini marker disc won't fit in your bags mini marker pocket, it will fly a lot better than any mini out there if you're looking for a thrower mini. The cool thing about the mini buzzz is that it has a flight like an ordinary golf disc. Get some power on it, or throw it into a headwind and it will flip right but then fade out at the end of the flight. I was able to get more than 200 feet distance with this tiny Buzzz. The Mini Buzzz is really fun to throw and even play catch with.
Since oversized super class discs are PDGA approved, I say they PDGA approve the mini buzzz too.
