This is a great entry level bag or could also work great for the car bag that is just always in the car ready for a quick round. I use this as my night round bag. Holds enough discs, but not a ton, nice and simple. There is a spot for a water bottle and a top compartment for extra discs, or a sweathshirt. It holds its shape well and can handle any wear and tear it would see during a round.
As another reviewer mentioned it's the same bag as all the other $40...with a few exceptions. This one is by far the nicest in this price range. It has more pockets, mini pocket and zip down(behind the bag for keys and phone). It's much more comfortable and cleaner looking than the DD or Innova bags(can't speak to infinites). It feels higher quality and I promise it looks so much nicer. I got the maroon color for my wife...and now I'm jealous. It looks and feels like a $50-$70 bag but for $40. The mvp bag is the same bag except for the material...which I'll say i like the axiom material a little but that's just the "look" and not quality(I think they are similar quality). Overall if you can't decide on which of the $40 bags to grab...grab this one! Oh...it had a pencil pocket...which idk why but that's huge for me
This bag is pretty awesome; it holds a lot of discs, it is comfortable, can hold a 32oz sized bottle, and the essentials are quick and easily accessible.
This bag is pretty similar to the DD Trooper, MVP Shuttle, Infinite Discs Huck Pack or the Innova Adventure Bag. But, I find it at about a little bit better than those (MVP Shuttle Excluded - its the same bag), except I like the Huck Pack more. This bag has a good water bottle pouch that can fit a lot of water bottles. The adjustable string can close on a different sized bottles, and the pouch is a larger diameter than my 32oz bottle. This bag has quick access to a mini marker and a pencil/marker. I like that it has two side zipper pouches. Enough to hold my wallet, keys, and phone and more.
In the main pouch I was able to fit 18 discs, 8 of which were putters and midranges. In the quiver pouch I've got 3 putters, you could another one up there, but it would be difficult to get them out of there. Or 3 putters and a driver, this still allows you to pull multiple discs out of the top without too much difficulty.
For me this holds too many discs to carry on a course, the edge discs are a little difficult to get out. The lack of some side stiffeners to maintain its form slightly bothers me. I could see over time that it becomes a "slouchy" bag.
You will like this bag if you like to carry around 20 discs with you on the course. This bag isn't too top heavy, meaning it can be set on somewhat of a hill without falling over too often. It looks good. The bag is comfortable to wear for a long period of time. Even fully loaded, the bag isn't too heavy. It has good D rings for a solid placement for your towel(s). And the bag is only $40.00, that's a great price.
This bag is a great bag if you want a backpack.
