Basic Information
| Biography: | I started playing disc golf back in 2011. My youth pastor at the time got me involved in disc golf and I actually helped him design and build Crossroads of Life DGC in Duncanville, TX. It is now one of the best in the metroplex. I was only playing casually really, maybe 1 or 2 tournaments a year. I quit playing consistently in 2014. School and a girlfriend at the time just didn't mix well with poor play and no time to dedicate to fix that poor play. From 2014-2016 I had only played 2 tournaments. In December 2016 I picked up my bag for the first time in over 6 months and went out to play. I shot a personal best at Beaver in Cedar Hill, TX and caught fire all over again. Since then, I've been playing a sanctioned event nearly every weekend. I started in January 2017 playing intermediate and at the end of February I won 2 back to back tournaments and decided it was time to move up. As of the end of June 2017 I've played 20 sanctioned events and don't plan to slow down! I'm playing 4 to 5 days and the the progression in my game shows. I plan to be playing and actually competing in open by the start of the next year! Loving the game and my life would be lost without it! | ||||||||||||||||
